    SIVAS - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated on Thursday that Sivas-Erzincan rural development project would cost 30 million U.S. dollars while 23 million U.S. dollars would be provided by foreign investors. The rest 7 million U.S. dollars would be met by them, Erdogan stated.
