What's New on HR-Net?SPECIAL UPDATE: 6 February 1996We are aware of serious problems in accessing HR-Net on the World Wide Web. The cause is the 100% increase in demand over the past two to three weeks, which has greatly exceeded the capacity of our internet connection. An order to increase the connection capacity to 256Kbps was placed today and, according to NYNEX, the new fiber optic link should be installed by March 15th.
