TUZLA - The vicepresident of the Muslim-Croat Federation Ejup Ganic is the leading initiator and agitator of uncotrolled Muslim crossing to the territory of Republica Srpska (RS), stated today the Tuzla mayor, Selim Beslagic. In statement for RadioTuzla, Beslagic, who is leader of Independent Socialdemo- cratic Party, accused the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) of opting for war in order to create its objectives promoting extremism, while not consulting with other political parties in the Federal Parliament.

SARAJEVO, April 30, 1996 /SRNA/ - The Serbian Intellectual Forum from Banjaluka, demanded the Republika Srpska (RS) state bodies more involvement in the arbitrage over Brcko. "If the international community wants the Dayton agreement implemented successfully, the Brcko area has to be widened, and the RS has to become a partner in negotiations equal to the CroatMuslim Feder- ation. Every other solution will provoke conflicts and the return of those opted for war. In that case, the international community would become an executor of only one ethnic group's interests", says the communique.

ZVORNIK - Out of 9,000 Serb Sarajevans in Zvornik, there are 320 in the Petkovici refugee camp, and 40 in Kiseljak, who have been waiting for adequate accommodation for three months. In both centres refugees are supplied with water from cisterns, are short of food for babies and exhausted persons.
