BEOGRAD - The minister of foreign affairs of Republika Srpska (RS) Aleksa Buha, expressed his conviction the Agreement on regional stabilisation will be signed soon without any changes to the preamble of the Agreement, despite Muslim insisting.

SARAJEVO - The RS foreign minister Aleksa Buha stated that RS will respect all deadlines set by OSCE for the upcoming elections regardless Muslim intentions about the same. "We have in several occasions confirmed our readiness to participate at the elections in terms determined by OSCE, and we will insist in Florence that the deadlines are respected", stated Buha.

FLORENCE - Today and tomorrow, six months after the signing of the Dayton agreement, 45 countries and 15 international organ isation will discuss the situation in the former B-H at the Conference in Florence. They will discuss the general elections in the former B-h will be discussed, planned to be held by 14 September at latest, the influence of RS president Radovan Krad zic and the VRS commander general Ratko Mladic on the political situation in the form B-H, return of refugees, disarmament and reconstruction.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. president Bill Clinton stated last night in Washington that the White House will live up to the deadline for withdrawal of U.S. troops from the former B-H, reports Reuters. "I believe that IFOR can finish its mission within a year", stated Clinton at a joint press conference with EU leaders.

BERLIN - The German paper "Sighdeutche Zeitung" blames the Muslims for the failure of the Oslo negotiations on disarmament, for they consistently insisted that the RS cannot be an equal partner at the negotiations.

SARAJEVO - Bosnia is a country which is breakingup, but not a community which begins to reunification, stated Colum Marphy, the high representative Carl Bildt's spokesman. While accusing all three sides in the former B-H of this, Murphy stated that it will breakup "if the Dayton agreement is continued to be ne- glected".
