SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of Repub lika Srpska (RS) Momcilo Krajisnik assessed tomorrow's Assembly session as being of an extreme importance, for many current state problems are to be resolved at the session. Mr. Krajisnik stated for SRNA that, Law on amnesty, selection of arbitrator for Brcko and correction of some constitutional provisions will be on the agenda.

SARAJEVO - The Club of Deputies of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) will consider the proposal of tomorrow's Assembly session agenda. The deputies will air their opinion on several very important items.

SARAJEVO - RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic stated that RS will not accept additional pressures in the implementation of the Dayton agreement. Klickovic stated in an interview for the Serb TV that "every attempt at imposition of any solution outside the Dayton agreement will mean the halt to its implementation". RS foreign minister Aleksa Buha explained that "B-H is, according to Dayton constitutional solutions, an decentralised creation".

SARAJEVO - Vice president of the RS Government Velibor Ostojic, received the chief of the Pale Office of the UN secre tary-general's special envoy, Geoffrey Bomont, in the scope of his activities in RS. Ostojic and Bomont talked on the relations between RS and the UN in the light of implementation of the Dayton agreement.

SARAJEVO - The RS ministry of foreign affairs categorically dismissed an information coming from Podgorica - that allegedly all citizens of FR Yugoslavia to visit RS must previously get permission for the entrance form the RS Bureau in the Montenegrin Capital - as incorrect. "Such a decision can be bought only by the RS government, and it has never been considered, and will never be brought", its was confirmed to SRNA in the RS govern ment.

BANJALUKA - The deputy high representative in the former B-H Michael Staner reached an agreement in Banjaluka with the delega tion of women to unblock the premises of the OSCE regional centre in the city, which they blocked yesterday at 70:00. "Following four hours of exhausting talks, I agreed with the delegation of women to unblock OSCE office, while their demands will be consid ered in the next seven days.

SAMAC - The participants of the annual Assembly of Disabled War Veterans of the Samac Municipality sent a telegram of support to the RS president Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic. "We are embittered by relentless attempt by the known Serb ene mies who want to arrest and deliver you to the Hague Tribunal, and thus to harm the whole Serbian people", says the telegram.

NEW YORK - The chairman of the UN Security Council Nabil l Arabi, officially confirmed that the provisions banning the export of arms to the former Yugoslavia republic are not in effect anymore. The lifting of the embargo on all kinds of the arms, including heavy arms followed the Agreement on arms con trol, signed on Friday in Florence.

MOSTAR - The president of the Council of Representatives of the Croatian Republic of HerzegBosnia (H R H-B) Ivan Bender, accused the Muslim government in Sarajevo of breaching the Dayton agreement and all other agreements made to overcome the crisis in the functioning of the CroatMuslim Federation. "The Muslims are attempting to keep the main institutions in their hands, so as to overshadow the H R H-B institutions", stated Bender, who sees in the problem an intention o the Federal partners to keep their dominant position in the joint state.

ZAGREB - The HR H-B maintenance is necessary until all federal structures are completely operative, assessed the vice president of the CroatMuslim Federation, Drago Bilandzija in a statement for Hina. "All institutions should be dismissed with January creation of the federal institutions, but the Croats are still dreaming of its independence", explained Bilandzija and concluded that "conditions for annulment the HR H-B are not created yet". /end/
