BIJELJINA - The Republika Srpska (RS) premier, Gojko Klick ovic talked in Bijeljina with the RS ministers, RS National Bank president and directors of Business Banks on the ways for financ ing the Republic, the development of energetic system and agri culture as well as about the capability of Banks for giving credits for the above fields. At the meeting it was agreed to that, on the way fixed by the RS government, all available means be directed at financing the three segments. Following the meet ing, Klickovic stated that "the RS government will concentrate its attention to the three key elements: defence, electric indus try and agriculture".

SARAJEVO - The Serbs from the former B-H and RS presently living abroad will be able to vote at the upcoming elections. The OSCE opened its offices within 23 states, which are to, according to the number of voters, form voter points where Serbs will be able to carry out their citizens duty.

SARAJEVO - More than 8,000 refugees and displaced persons and about 8,200 domicile population with the right to vote en tered the provisional voter registration lists in the Municipal ity of Pale. According to the Municipality Electoral Commission secretary, Nevenka Ristovic, none of registered refugees ex pressed wish to vote in their place of residence in 1991, but all of them decided to vote at the September elections in their present place of residence.

BIJELJINA - The secretary of the Municipal Electoral Commis sion (OIK) in Bijeljina, Dragan Vujic, stated that 24,500 refu gees and displaced persons, housed in the Municipality, want to vote at the forthcoming elections in this part of RS. Vujic said that the Municipal Electoral Commission is expected to hold a meeting with the representatives of political parties and inde pendent candidates who are to take part at elections for the Assembly of the Municipality of Bijeljina.

SRBAC - The vicepresident of the Srbac branch Serbian Democratic Party, Veljko Krejic stated that voter registration lists of 16,712 persons - nearly 90% of the voter body - were checked at seven registration offices in the Municipality of Srbac. A session of the Srbac branch SDS focused its attention to the report on the work of the Municipal Electoral Commission (OIK) and difficulties regarding technical preparations for the maintenance of the upcoming elections in RS and the CroatMuslim Federation.

VLASENICA - As of 19th July, when the deadline for filling out in the voter registration lists was extended, another 249 refugees registered at the Municipal Electoral Commission (OIK) in Vlasenica. In total 3,991 refugees and displaced persons from the CroatMuslim Federation, who expressed desire to vote in Vlasenica, have been registered to date.

BIJELJINA - By his withdrawal from the previous positions, Dr. Radovan Karadzic has once more showed his willingness to sacrifice himself for the sake of the Serbian people, says a communique issued by the Party of the Serbian Unity (SSJ).

KRAGUJEVAC - The registration of refugees from RS for voting at the September elections, started at about 50 places in Kragujevac, stated the representative of the Staff for Refugees, Milan Simovic. The registration is expected to be completed by July 30.

MOSTAR - The president of the Mostar branch Croatian Demo cratic Union (HDZ), Mile Puljic, stated that the 16 HDZ repre sentatives will not take part at the tomorrow's constitutional session of the Municipal Council, reports CroatianRadio. Accord- ing to Puljic, the Croatian side was neither officially invited announcement of final electoral results.
