SARAJEVO - The representative of Republika Srpska (RS) in the three-member
Presidency of Dayton B-H, Momcilo Krajisnik, received the charge d'
affaires of the U.S. embassy in Sarajevo, Michael Palmerly, upon Palmerly's
own request. As SRNA learns, Krajisnik and Palmerly discussed the problems
emerged with yesterday's inauguration session of the House of
Representatives of Dayton B-H held without Serb representatives. Krajisnik
explained the Serb attitude regarding the issue, and stressed that RS was
willing to continue the implementation of the Dayton agreement.
BEOGRAD - The president of the Congregational National Party (SNS),
Slobodan Rakitic, assessed that the holding of the House of Representatives
session without Serb representatives attending, represented an
encouragement for the Muslims and Croats to a ally against the Serbs. "It
is a model of behaviour and a political masochism which caused the war in
the former B-H", said Rakitic in his statement for SRNA, adding that the
Muslims "are testing Serb patience, by arrogantly imposing their own will
ad their own solutions".
SARAJEVO - Non-arrival of the Serb member of Presidency for- H, Momcilo
krajisnik, as well as the absence of Serb deputies in yesterday's ceremony
of the constituting the joint institutions, some representatives of the
international community see as an obstruction of the peace process, while
the Muslim media see it as a refusal to "sign a political capitulation",
because of which Serbs were invited yesterday to come to Sarajevo, writes

PODGORICA - Had Saint Petar Cetinjski lived in the age of Dayton justice,
truth and dictate, he would have been a main candidate for the Hague
Tribunal, stated His Eminence Crnogorsko- Primsorki Metropolitan,
Amfilohije, during the promotion of Collection works on battles in Martinci
and Krusi. "It is only an indicator how ill human understanding of justice
is", said His Eminence Amfilohije.
