SARAJEVO - A final word of the Arbitration Commission for the inter-entity boundary line in the area of Brcko will be heard on 15th February next year, says a communique from the Commission, issued in Sarajevo, and signed by the Commission chairmen Roberts Oven.

SARAJEVO - The OSCE Office for Regional Stabilisation will held a Seminar on modalities of implementation of the peace agreement, in which the military and civilian aspects of the agreement will be considered. The delegation of Republika Srpska (RS) will be led by the RS National Assmelby president Dragan Kalinic.

BRUSSELS - NATO Council adopted the operational plan for the Stabilisation Force (SFOR) in the Dayton B-H to number up to 31,000 soldiers, which mandate will last 18 months, starting from December 20, stated a NATO official. "This adoption is temporary and will become definite after the UN pass a resolution entrusting a peace mission in the Balkans to NATO, explained his official.

DOBOJ - The post of OSCE field office chief in Doboj is assumed by a Polish, Leon Vasinski, announced OSCE.

NOVI GRAD - An explosive set under the car of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Main Board member and "Centrex" Bureau chief, Mile Grbic, was activated, destroying a car and seriously injuring Grbic who was admitted to Prijedor hospital.

SARAJEVO - The top Muslim functionaries have their hand, whether directly or indirectly, in the violations of human rights of the remaining Serbs in the Federation of B-H, says a protest of the Serbian Civic Council. "Last two murders of the Serbs in Ilidza and one in Maglaj render an example of the terror the remaining Serbs are experiencing in the Federation of B-H. The current authorities attempted to present it as a clash between people of same ethnic group, but since it appeared to be too "transparent" they had to concede the culprits were the Muslims", says the protest issued in the Muslim paper "Osolobodjenje". /end./
