SARAJEVO - After his meeting with the French National Front leader, Jean Marie Lepen, the president in the Dayton B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, expressed his pleasure for he was provided with a chance to learn about France which understands problems of the Serbs, especially problems of Serbs in Republika Srpska (RS). He thanked to the leader of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS), Vojislav Seselj, who arranged this meeting. President Krajisnik pointed out at Lepen's position that many things which had happened during the war here, had been the mere product of a huge anti-Serb propaganda.

NOVI SAD - The president in the Dayton B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, stated in an interview for the "Nedeljni Telgraf" that "RS will not extradite Dr. Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic, because such an act is strictly forbidden by the RS Constitution". "We are ready to cooperate with the Hague Tribunal, but in a way that we will try everyone for whom we found proofs of committing war crimes", explained president Krajisnik.

CELIC - A group of 10 Muslims entered, with the help of US SFOR troops, the bordering Serb village of Gajevi, near Celic, reports AFP. The Muslims came armed with metal sticks to the village to, as they said, prepare grounds for the return of 30 families to this village. The UNHCR planned to move 178 Muslims into 30 prefabricated houses.

BANJALUKA - The Criminal Council of the Municipal Court in Banjaluka, continued hearing of witnesses in a process to the Muslim leader Alija Izetbegovic for war crimes committed against the Serbs.

PARIS - The new head of Pentagon, republican, William Coen, announced that the USA would withdraw its soldiers from the Dayton B-H after their present mandate expires, by mid next year. The French "Figaro" published Coen's estimation that "the Yugoslav crisis is, first of all, an European issue".

BEOGRAD - Despite yesterday's sharp statement by the State Department spokesman, Nicholas Burns - accusing the Serbia's regime of using legal tricks to additionally complicate the problem of local elections - the state newspapers announce even tougher position. While conceding that there were some manipulations with election results", "Politika Ekspres" writes that the coalition "Together" "disclosed its real goal, coaled by a claim for electoral victory, which is coup d'etat".
