BRCKO - All those who are to return to Brcko in the following months, will
return to Republika Srpska (RS) as well, and will have to honour its
regulations, says supervisor Bill Farrand. He wished happy and peaceful
Easter to residents of Brcko, and repeated that Brcko residents have no
reason to worry, because all basic human rights will be guaranteed, as
provided for in the Dayton agreement.
BANJALUKA - The secretary-general of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS),
Miodrag Rakic, condemned in Banjaluka the sanctimony of Muslim authorities,
who did not allow His Grace, Zvronicko Tuzlanski Bishop Vasilije, to hold
service on Easter in Orthodox church in Tuzla. He warned at the farce about
the freedom of movement, because freedom of movement is secured only in RS,
while RS residents are being arrested as soon as they step into the
Federation territory.
DOBOJ - The Association of Serb-Jewish Friendship marked Easter and Jewish
Pascha together. The Association president, Pero Serdanovic, said "the
joint celebration contributes to friendship between the two peoples".
AMSTERDAM - A Dutch, Leni Lihtenberg, who worked during the war in the Pale
hospital, still wonders "why even now unproved allegations about Srebrenica
weight more than truth about Knin and the Serb Krajina.
MOSTAR - Croats who live in cantons with Muslim majority announced to
boycott the registration for the local elections, which starts on May 5,
unless new Croat municipalities, which they have sought for three years,
are formed, reports Croatian Radio-Herzeg-Bosnia.
