THE HAGUE - The Hague Tribunal declared Dusan Tadic, a Serb charged of alleged war crimes "guilty for crimes against humanity and for crimes of torture", and the verdict will be announced on June 1, agencies report. According to the president of the Grand Jury, Gabriel Kirk McDonald from the USA, "responsibility was proved for 11 items of the indictment, but not for other 20". Since Dusan Tadic was completely acquitted from accusations of murders and serious crime, the sentence to be announced on June 1 for Dusan Tadic would not be severe. However, his attorneys, Milan Vijadin, Nikola Kostic and Jelenea Lopicic, are expected to plead. Tadic was found guilty mostly for generally formulated crimes against humanity, stated on the base of political, national and religious intolerance, for the violation of the international war law and the Geneva convention and the crimes done against civilians and war prisoners.

BANJALUKA - Mladen Tadic, brother of the accused Dusan Tadic was surprised by a decision of the Tribunal, and announced further defence and engagement of new witnesses and lawyers to reveal truth.

SARAJEVO - The Co-chairmen of the Council of Ministers, Boro Bosic, expressed his conviction, at the informal session of the Council held on May 5 and 6 in Dubrovnik, that all neccesary solutions were reached for the preparation of text of the Law on Council of Ministers of B-H and Ministries of B-H. In his statement for SRNA, Bosic explained that after the adoption at one of coming Council of Ministers sessions the Law would be passed to the Parliamentarian Assmelby for adoption.

SARAJEVO - The co-chairman of the Council of Ministers for B-H Boro Bosic, confirmed that the donor's conference, which should secure $ 1.4 billion for reconstruction of RS and B-H Federation is not cancelled as it was presented in the public. "I was informed in writing by Mr. Michael Steiner that the conference is not cancelled and that efforts have been taken to hold the conference in late May or early June", Bosic explained.

SARAJEVO - The co-chairman of the Council of Ministers of B- H Boro Bosic, confirmed that intensive consultations are ongoing on equal presentation of all three peoples in B-H in the international organisations and diplomatic- consular offices. "All three peoples are extremely interested for diplomatic places in Group 7, UN and in European Union, so the Council of Ministers was entitled by the B-H Presidency to prepare this proposal", stated Bosic.

SARAJEVO - Spokesman of high representative Carl Bildt, Colum Murphy stated in Pale that during the work of the Council of Ministers in Dubrovnik, "an evident step forward was made, but not as large as we wanted". He stated at a press conference that tasks were mainly done - the law on ministries was discussed and an extensive debate on the budget took place, while preparations for agreement with the International Monetary Fund were not completed. "The Donors conference for reconstruction of RS and Federation depends on the signing of agreements reached in Dubrovnik", explained spokesman of the high representative.

BERLIN - The international mediator for the B-H Federation, Christian Swartz Schilling, was threatened during his recent visit to Drvar, when the Croats set to fire several tens of Serb houses, because he was saved from 'intentions' of a Croat by SFOR members, writes the Berlin daily "Junge Welt", while referring to destruction of Serb houses in Drvar which was condemned by UN spokesman who named the Drvar mayor as the most responsible for these crimes.

HAMBURG - The Serb city of Drvar, occupied by the Croats, is a microcosms of the general problem of return of refugees, writes the "Frankfurter Roundshau". "Drvar, 95 per cent populated by the Serbs before the war, should also accept the Serbs who sought refugee in Eastern Slavonija from where they should move now and create conditions for the return of Croats returnees in this area which is ahead of soon reintegration with Croatia", says the commentary.

PARIS - The Dayton B-H is a fiction, because it is about a country "in which Serb and Croat plans of apartheid reflect the division, and in which the nationalistic radicalisation of Muslims can destroy the last prospects for reconciliation", claims Remi Urdan, "Mond"'s correspondent from the Muslim part Sarajevo, known by his anti-Serb articles.

BRUSSELS - The Commission of the Belgian Senate, which investigates the death of 25 Belgian "Blue Helmets" in Ruanda three years ago found out that it was not an incident, but rather a result of back-stage intrigues which involved the UN, but the influential Belgian circles, as well. According to the Commission results, they favoured the withdrawal of the "Blue Helmets" from Ruanda and replacement of the ruling structure, the price for which was death of nearly one million people.
