SARAJEVO - The Law on citizenship and Law on passports are included in the agenda of the Council of Ministers of B-H today's session in the National Museum in Sarajevo. Also under review are the memorandum on agreed to principles in respect of the B-H telecommunications sector organisation and memorandum of understanding between B-H and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

DOBOJ - A group of 20 Muslims beat three Serbs and destroyed their car in Ratkovica, near Celici in the B-H Federation, stated IPTF spokesman Andrea Anieli at a press conference in Doboj. "Victims, Miroslav Stevic [21], Jovan Bojic [46] and Nedeljko Ristic [35], managed to reach Lopari in Republika Srpska (RS) territory, where the asked for medical help", explained Anieli.

DOBOJ - The Doboj police tried to identify a group of Muslims who encroached Svjetlicina, but were prevented by SFOR Swedish Battalion, reads a communique from the Public Security Centre in Doboj. "Despite warning by Serb policemen, the group of Muslims proceeded with works on the RS roads without acquiring permissions by Republic and local authorities", continued the press release, and added: "At about 10:30 hrs some members of the group attacked and injured Petra Cupeljic and Ristana Novakovic, which provoked unease among local residents and prompted them to go to the venue".

DOBOJ - The Muslims who on July 30 entered Svjetlicina, near Doboj, are members of the 109th Muslim Brigade Engineering and Reconnaissance Squard, learns SRNA from reliable source, who desired to remain anonymous. The squad was commanded by Hamdo Mesic, who had led the attacks at Svjetlicina and Police during the war and took part in the massacres of Serb civilians in these and other villages.

AMSTERDAM - Not long after the signing of the Dayton agreement, various international organisations started looking for a way for return of as large number of refugees as possible, not pursuant to their desires, but as provided under precise programmes for settling of the areas strategically important for the creation of the "Bosnian union". Reports by the Humanitarian Group for the Dayton Agreement Implementation indicate that out of former 4.3 million citizens of the former B-H, one half was displaced during the war, while 80 per cent of the remaining populace is depended on international humanitarian aid.

BRUSSELS - In a communique issued regarding information that Germany and USA found SFOR has the right to impede and electronically turn down the official media in RS, the World Congress of the Serbs condemned and protested the initiative, comparing it with the measures being undertaken by the German occupation forces during WWII, write the Brussels "Standard". One of the Flemish TV networks reporting from the trial to Dr Milan Kovacevic, director of the hospital in Prijedor, completely failed to refer to the circumstances of kidnapping, Kovacevic's health condition and the medical experts team findings, and defence attorney Igor Pantelic's appeal to the Trial.

PRIJEDOR - The "Dr Mladen Stojanovic" Medical Centre staff gathered at the city square in Prijedor to protest indicting of Dr Milan Kovacevic by the Hague Tribunal. Dr Mirko Barudzija addressed protesters saying that the international community by this operation made it clear to the Serbs that they are not subject to human rights and freedoms.

BIJELJINA - The head of the RS Commesariat for Refugees and Humanitarian Aid, Dragan Kekic, and the UN World Food Programme chief of mission., Paul Frene, talked in Bijeljina on the humanitarian situation in the Republic. They discussed the UN World Food Programme new strategy, humanitarian aid for collective centres and new categories of beneficiaries of the humanitarian aid in RS.
