DOBOJ - The president of RS Government Gojko Klickovic stated in Doboj that the perpetrators of the illegal occupying the objects in the state property are responsible before the law and won't be amnestied, no matter the pressures done. At the session of the Municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic Party /OO SDS/ Doboj Klickovic assessed that, after the attempt of members of SFOR to occupy the stations of public security in particular cities, the situation in RS is being normalised nevertheless, and the people is coming back to their every day jobs and duties. According to his words, the people must defend by protests its institutions and constitutional order from SFOR units.

BIJELJINA - Ministry of the Internal Affairs of RS called upon the citizens and legal persons who possess the radio-stations and use the frequencies to declare it at latest until midnight in the nearest police station or centre of the public security. As stated in the announcement signed by the minister of Internal Affairs Slavko Paleksic, these means will be held in the station where they are declared until the citizens or legal persons get the licence to use it.

The Italian agency - ANSA especially underlines the Krajisnik's warning that the situation in RS additionally complicated the discontentment of the people because of one-sided interference of some international factors and changing the Dayton's mandate of SFOR.

ATHENS - The parliamentary and presidential elections in RS represent most painless and most democratic way of coming out of crisis and overcoming the political crisis which shakes RS, deems the Greek news "Elephterotipia". ZURICH - The Serbs from Geneva signed in the Russian Orthodox Church last week the petition in which they require from president of RS Biljana Plavsic "to resign immediately and unconditionally". Stating as "the greatest shame the fact that the foreign army defends Serbs from Serbs", in the petition is stressed that "president Plavsic not only allowed that, but also stir up the discord ", although, as mentioned, "she also was a witness of all victims and sufferings of Serbian people".

BRCKO - The order of the supervisor Robert Farrand on stoppage of all activities of the Serbian border police and custom authorities on payment of visas and road fees on the border crossing with Croatia on the Sava bridge astonished the responsible in these services, since the border police of RS, in agreement with IPTF commander in Brcko Don Grady, stopped to take payments for visas,"said the commander of the Border police in this city Marko Purkovic.

DOBOJ - OO SDS of DOboj assessed the security situation as favourable, despite the past events, including the attempt of occupying the relay station of the Serbian Radio-TV on Duge Njive by illegal persons. The head of the Centre of public security Doboj Vlado Djurdjevic acquainted the members of OO of the party with the stance of SFOR and IPTF that they will not involve into the internal affairs of RS, concretely in the city of Doboj.

DOBOJ - The members of SFOR and IPTF performed the regular control of armament in the Police Station in Doboj. The control passed without any incident and with the cooperativeness of all parties.

NOVI GRAD - At the impending local elections in Novi Grad will participate 15 parties, one coalition and one independent candidate. With the complete delegate lists will come out the SDS of Serbian states, Serbian Radical Party of RS, Socialistic Party /SP/ of RS and coalition for unitary and democratic B&H.

BANJA LUKA - The authors of RS are not aligned because their party is people, but worried by actual politic situation to do everything in the interest of people and overcome the crisis of the state - stated the president of Association of authors Vladimir Nastic. "Without regard on all difficulties which emerged in our country, the authors by their humanitarian profession are unique in expectations for the solution for common benefit for Serbian Orthodox people", said Nastic at the press conference in Banja Luka.
