BRCKO - The Council for security of the municipality Brcko condemned the terroristic attack on the Serbian Orthodox Church which is under construction in the Brcko settlement of the Fifth Kozara Brigade, warning that this act is directly aimed against the peace process in this city and wider. "Of special concern is the announcement of Mostar scenario in Brcko, although between these two cities there are no any parallells", warned the president of Municipal Assembly of Brcko Miodrag Pajic, adding that by this is put under the question sign the whole peace process in the region. BRCKO - The president of Municipal Assembly of Brcko Miodrag Pajic informed the relevant state institutions in RS that the terroristic attack on the Serbian Orthodox Church in the settlement of the Fifth Kozara Brigade in Brcko worsened the security situation in the city and seriously brought into question the realisation of the order of supervisor on introducing the multiethnical authorities in all spheres. In the letter, sent to the president of RS Biljana Plavsic, the president from RS in presidency of B&H Momcilo Krajisnik, MUP and the ministry of Religions in RS Government, Pajic warned that the consequences of that terroristic act, signed by "Hisbollah", especially are reflected in the anxiety of citizens. BRCKO - The Municipal Board of the Socialistic Party of RS from Brcko warned that the terroristic attack on the Serbian Orthodox Church under construction in Brcko is the direct attack on the whole Serbian people. "The organisers and perpetrators of such act against Serbian people and its most distinguished institution show that they do not care for peaceful and tolerant realisation of the Dayton Agreement", it is stated in the announcement of the party and added that by this act "is done the heavy punch to the activities about establishing local organs of authorities in Brcko". BRCKO - Appearing as the innocent request of Moslem representatives on the reviewing conference on Brcko, held recently in Vienna, that the last session of the arbitrage tribunal delay for only few days before the bringing the final decision about the status of this region on March 15 next year, under the excuse that in Brcko "will happen the significant events", has got today its tragic confirmation. DOBOJ - After the extensively undertaken operative measurements and acts, and realisation of the detailed and concrete plans of work, the Centre of the public security /CJB/ Doboj clarified eight criminal acts of provoking common danger and looting the apartments and business premises in this municipality. In the announcement of MUP of RS is precisely stated that inspectors of Doboj's CJB revealed the perpetrators of the criminal acts of planting explosive devices in the premises of news "Alternativa" and premises of SPRS. HAGUE - The Hague Tribunal rejected to release Slavko Dokmanovic, the former mayor of Vukovar, charged that he allegedly participated in massacre of 260 Croats in 1991 in Eastern Slavonija - reports Reuters. BANJA LUKA - Banja Luka did not get new mayor because the majority of newly elected delegates rejected to elect Nebojsa Radmanovic, the candidate of Socialistic Party of RS /SPRS/, the winner on the local elections in Banja Luka, which in the city parliament has 12 delegate seats. The initiative and consultations about election of the mayor is now taking over the Serbian Party of Krajina and Posavina /SSK&P/, which also has 12 seats in the city parliament, and the session at which will be chosen the mayor will convene and conduct the oldest delegate in new convocation Teodor Brkovic, the member of SSK&P. In that way it was proven that in Banja Luka is easier to win power then to constitute it, PODGORICA - The president of the Parliament of Montenegro Svetozar Marovic convoked the Second ordinary session of the Assembly for Friday October 30, in Cetinje, at 11,00 h A.M. At the session will be talked about overall political situation in Montenegro after the presidential elections, further development of events and possible consequences. SARAJEVO - The candidate for the first Ambassador of B&H to FRY Mile Akmadzic announced that soon could be established the diplomatic relations and exchanging the ambassadors between Sarajevo and Belgrade. Noting that he knows how complex are the relations between B&H and FRY, as well as "insisting" of international community for exchange of ambassadors, Akmadzic expressed the conviction that "in the diplomacy is always possible to find the compromise or such solution which will lead to establishing diplomatic relations". BELGRADE - The Macedonian border police banned the entrance into BRJM to His Holiness bishop Backi Irinej and priest Radovan Vigorovic, because they had uniforms of the Serbian Orthodox Church. GENEVA - UNHCR requested from the governments of several countries to accept in the greater number the refugees who can't remain in the host country nor return to their homeland - reports AFP.
