BANJA LUKA - The president of the Socialistic Party /SP/ of RS Zivko Radisic assessed that at the parliamentary elections on November 22 and 23 not any party will win the absolute majority, what will be the reason for Government, as he said, to be composed in accordance with some key. "The Parliament will be multipartial and we shall be more referred one to another - on tolerance, understanding and respect. Because of that the Government will composed by some key of skill and responsibility, as the government of the National and economic salvation, and getting out of the isolation", said Radisic in the special interview for SRNA.

DOBOJ - The soldiers of the Nordic-Polish brigade of SFOR, i.e. the part of multinational division "North", came at 9,00 h A.M. in the Department five of the special police in Doboj to put it out of use - announced the press centre of this division. "This action followed as the consequence of non- respecting the Anex A1, of the Dayton agreement by the Special Police, and the aim is to confiscate all armament, official cars, communication equipment and dossiers together with the office equipment", was said in the announcement.

According to the announcement, "the policemen form Doboj belonged to the bodyguard of the president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik, when he tried to hold a public rally on September 8 in Banja Luka".

BANJA LUKA - The president of the American Institute for Peace Hentges Herriet had, as stated, the successful talks with the president of RS Biljana Plavsic about the causes and events in the past war in these areas. Ms. Plavsic stressed after the meeting in Banja Luka that the representatives of the Institute are on the territory of RS and are investigating the events which happened here during the war, and accentuated that "the truth is healing no matter what it looks like".

SARAJEVO - The informational service of the National Assembly of RS rejected the claims of its counter parts from newly founded party of president of Republika Srpska Biljana Plavsic - the Serbian Peoples Union - that "the lines of Parliament is dissipating and that it already long time can't make quorum". BRCKO - The international supervisor Robert Farrand announced that Brcko will have 230 policeman - 120 Serbian, 90

Moslems and 20 Croats. In the supplement of the order about introducing the multi-ethnical police in Brcko under the supervision from October 13 the proportion of 52,2% Serbs, 39,1% of Moslems and 8,7% Croats was given on the basis of the register of voters and results of the municipal elections from September 13 and 14.

BRCKO - In the edge settlement of Brcko, Brod, 42 Moslem returnees have taken the identity cards of RS, which is in accordance with the regulations of supervisor the prerequisite for settling. In the previous process the Moslem returnees in Brcko at the spot were issued 595 documents.

BRCKO - The commission for election and appointments of municipal assembly Brcko, in which is six representatives of the police parties from RS and five from FB&H, didn't harmonised the proposal of division of the key functions in the municipality, without what can't be continued the constitutional session of municipal assembly, announced for this week. In the statement for SRNA the member of the commission on behalf of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Mladen Bosic announced the new meeting for tomorrow on the request of the representatives of political parties from Federation, which required the additional time for consultations.

BANJA LUKA - It appears as the solution of the Banja Luka's crisis will be finished - the negotiations about forming the Union of patriotic parties are under way, which will comprise seven parties which will constitute the essential and executive authorities n the city - announced the president of the Serbian party of Krajina and Posavina /SSK&P/ Predrag Lazarevic. He precisely stated that in this union could, besides his party, enter Serbian Patriotic Party /SPS/, Democratic Patriotic Party /DPP/, Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, Serbian Radical Party /SRS/, the National Party and Serbian Unity Party, which would have 39 delegates.

PRIJEDOR - At the session of SO Prijedor was reached the consensus around the election of the president nominated by SDS, and the president of the Executive Board from Socialistic Party , while about the division of other functions wasn't reached the agreement. The Prijedor's socialists made an objection to the Coalition for unitary and democratic B&H because nomination of Sead Cirkin on the place of the vice-president of municipal assembly, sentenced six years by the Military Curt because of the rebellion.

PALE - At the constitutional session about the division of functions in municipal assembly in Pale the Coalition for unitary and democratic B&H requested in "the conditions of fair division of authorities" allot for the post of vice-president of Executive Board.
