SARAJEVO - The President in the B&H Presidency from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik opened last night The First International Congress of Sport Medicine named " Sport and Health", which is going to last till November 30. at "Bistrica" hotel on Jahorina mountain. Krajisnik wished all participants and guests a pleasant stay and creative work and reminded them that Serbs also, like other European nations, have long and successful sport tradition.

SARAJEVO - Rajko Papovic, the president of Organising committee of The First International Congress " Sport and Health ", assessed last night in Jahorina that this scientific and sports manifestation is a big step toward the international recognition of RS sport, as well as of RS itself. Papovic emphasised that the aim of the Congress is protection of health of all young people, especially sportsmen, which are, as he emphasised, the first RS ambassadors, because they are the first ones who spread omens of this young country to the world.

SARAJEVO - Last night in Jahorina the president of Sports M.D. Association from Balkan, professor Joan Dragon, assessed that The First International Congress " Sport and Health " is a big step toward sports affirmation of RS. The professor Dragon, who is also the president of The Rumanian Olympic Committee and a member of The International Olympic Committee / MOK /, expressed his pleasure about RS representatives entering into few sports international federations and conviction that this number will increase soon.

SARAJEVO - Last night in Jahorina Co-Chairman of B&H Council of Ministers Boro Bosic explained for SRNA that Central Europe Initiative /CEI/ insists on economic linking of this region and its connection with EC, as well as on reducing current economic and social differences between countries. According to him, mission of CEI is also to eliminate a danger to stability and security of countries in this part of Europe, which is resulting from political conflicts.

BILEFELD - " By supporting 'special status' of Kosovo, and at the same time denying autonomy of Republika Srpska Krajina and leaving Serbian people in Eastern Slavonia to Croats terror, EC is exposing itself to danger of provoking Balkan conflict on a larger scale "- " Nemanja" from German city of Bilefeld is warning Serbian associations. Association of Serbs thinks that "it is not possible to solve questions of Albanian minority in

Kosovo fairly without straightening up injustice made to Serbian people in Kosovo after the Second World War ".

SARAJEVO - On the second day of The First International Congress " Sport and Health ",which is being hold in Jahorina, Nikola Gacesa, chief of Dispensary for sports medicine in Banjaluka had the introduction word concerning the first session " Traumatology in sport" and "Sport in function of developing and preserving the health of an organisam". In the work of the first session took part MD. Slobodan Zivanic, doctor of medicine at Military - medicine Accademy /VMA/ in Belgrade, MD. Bela Sabo, the presidente of Hungarian Olympic Comittee, doc. Darko Kalajdzic, dean of Physical Education Faculty in Novi Sad, Miladin Radisavljevic, dean of Physical Education Faculty of Belgrade University, doc. Radivoje Krsmanovic, a professor from Physical Education Faculty Novi Sad, and Momcilo Pelenis, professor at Teacher - training Faculty in Bijeljina.

SARAJEVO - Vice - president of B&H Council of Ministers Neven Tomic confirmed that chieffs of countries, members of Central Europe Initiative /CEI/, expressed their desires for acceleration of relations' developing, and for sighning of all contracts, neccessary for undisturbed flow of people and capital in these countries "- reports Sarajevo radio. According to Mr. Tomic, " there is interest taking B&H into normal relations with all countries, members of CEI, and receiving of B&H into Europe Council received support as well".

ROME - Deputy of Italian Foreign Affers Minister Pier Fassino assessed for "Corriera de la Sera", Milano newspapers with the largest number of printed copies, that "the international community has to treat all signatories of Dayton agreement equaly if it realy wishes peace in B&H". Fassino, who represents Italy at the gathering of prime - ministers and ministers of foreign affairs from 16 countries, members of CEI which had taken place in Sarajevo, stressed that "goal of his country is not to close the door for Serbs".

DOBOJ - The inhabitants of the community Poljice, situated four kilometres on North-East from Doboj, sent the protest letter to the authorities of Doboj municipality in which they require protection against more and more frequent and impudent incursions and provocations of Moslems. In the protest letter is stated that through region uncontrolled are passing the vehicles of Moslem police from Gracanica, what is contrary to all provisions of Dayton agreement. Because of that from the authorities of the municipality Doboj was required to establish the control of MUP /ministry of internal affairs/ of RS and their permanent patrolling.

HAMBURG - If it is not possible that international community conduct the principle of equal treatment in relation to Serbs, Croats and Moslems, then it will be better to divide B&H, before then such un-natural creation become another powder keg - concludes "Algemeine Switscherishe Militerzeitschrift" and warns: "It is evident that Dayton Agreement could not diminish, and particularly not to remove, basic opposites between three warried people"

AMSTERDAM - The Constitutional court of Holland gave in the mid November the mandate from now on to search for, arrest and pursue Serbs who are indicted for war crimes, and are found on the territory of this country. The Dutch Constitutional Court started to deal with this matter on the initiative of the Ministry of Justice, in the year 1994, when from FR Yugoslavia was sent to Holland the Serb Darko K. charged by Moslem for double killing and attempt of rape, but Tribunal was not interested for him.

PARIS - The last issue of French monthly "Balcan-Enfo", in the survey of the book "The cunning strategy", of the former commander of Moslem army Sefer Halilovic conveys also his claim that Alija Izetbegovic, the creator of "Islamic declaration", wish to create purely Moslem state in Bosnia. This monthly news for the first time reports the writing of the journalist of "New York Times" Chris Hedges about horrible atrocities which Moslems committed against Sarajevo's Serbs in the beginning of the war in B&H.

SKOPJE - The assertion of the president of BRJM Kiro Gligorov "that problems in Macedonia is the consequence of presence of great number of Albanian people in Kosovo, who are far more radical than domestic Albanians", as reports the agency Mac-fax "met sharp reaction of Albanian political parties".
