TREBINJE - The president of RS Government Milorad Dodik stressed in Trebinje that opening the independent local "Radio Pegaz" is the proof that RS exist in the integral sense and that the democratic processes comprise all of its areas. "There are no any taboo themes in RS, there are no more untouchables and all are submitted to the judgment of the publicity no matter what post they occupy, how they are elected and how long they have planned to remain there" - said Dodik and added that all this can contribute to the new quality which is called the media pluralism. Radio Pegaz was opened by the U.S.A. Ambassador to B&H Richard Causlarich stressing that "the essence of independent media is to support peace and independent process". SREBRENICA - The minister for refugees and displaced persons of RS Miladin Dragicevic stressed in Srebrenica that the "RS Government and authorities of Federation B&H /FB&H/ have reached an agreement about exchanging the occupancy rights and other property". BIJELJINA - The president of the Municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic PArty /SDS/ of Bijeljina Cvijetin Nikic has confirmed at the press conference that the delegates of this party will participate in the work of the municipal parliament and that there is no room for politicising that problem. According to Nikic, SDS insists on continuation of recently interrupted session of the municipal assembly of Bijeljina, announcing that the delegates of this party will take quality participation in its work, and they will help also in preparation of the session. BANJA LUKA - The president of the Serbian People's Union /SNS/ Ostoja Knezevic stated in Banja Luka that SNS is national and democratic party which will fight for survival of RS by appropriate means and its Dayton position. Talking about the Coalition "Sloga", Knezevic accentuated at the press conference that in question is "the coalition of centre", which will at the elections for president and vice-president of RS, member of Presidency of B&H from RS and House of Representatives of B&H will participate in the joint forces. SARAJEVO - The High international Representative for B&H has nominated the chief of the Section for media and public relations Simon Haselock for his deputy for media issues - announced the Office of the High Representative /OHR/. Explaining the Haselock's nomination, Westendorp has stressed that it is result of his "achievements and common sense, especially on the level of restructuring media which had greatly contributed to peace and democracy in B&H". JULY 14, 1998 EVENINGNEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKASARAJEVO - The President from Republika Srpska (RS) in the B&H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, held talks in Pale with the deputy international representative for military issues, Duset Drevintijevic, and the international coordinator of the B&H Military Committee in the Permanent Session Secretariat, Andrew Brental, about future work of the Committee. Krajisnik thanked to the international community representatives for their help to establish the Military Committee and stressed the importance of this body for peace keeping in the B&H.SARAJEVO - The Minister of Civil Affairs and Communications in the B&H Council of Ministers stated that with adoption of the Law on foundations of the privatisation of the B&H enterprises and banks, "revision of the Dayton Peace Accord and violation of the B&H Constitution" took place at the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly in Srpsko Sarajevo. "With the Article 3, Point 1, of the B&H Constitution, jurisdictions of the B&H were established. The B&H was not given the jurisdiction over the privatisation issue of the enterprises and banks with the mentioned article. This is also pointed out by stances from the Political Declaration of the Ministerial meeting of the Management Board of the Peace Implementation Council in Syntra which demand from entities to adopt plans for privatisation", is said in the announcement from the Albijanic's Cabinet. DOBOJ - The chief of the RS Railway revenue service (ZRS), Rajko Stolica, stated that SFOR owes this enterprises 412.054 DM. PRISTINA - In the last three months in surgical and orthopaedic division of the Pristina hospital more than 40 members of the Serbia Internal Affairs Ministry, FRY Army, and civilians injured during attacks of ethnic Albanian terrorists, were under treatment. Most of the injuries were spinal column and head injuries, said MD Rade Grbic. VUKOVAR - Chief of the OSCE Coordination Centre in Vukovar, Pier Peters, urged on all refugees to submit requests for reconstruction of their houses to Croatian Ministry of Reconstruction and Development by July 31st at latest.
