DOBOJ - The candidate of the Coalition of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ and Serbian Radical Party for the member of Presidency of B&H Momcilo Krajisnik stated in Doboj that SDS during eight years of acting had defended Serbian people from genocide, and that the concept which it now offers - freedom, democracy and future. At the public tribune of SDS the president of Presidency of this party Dragan Kalinic stressed that SDS is able to advocate the real interests of Serbia people and sent a series of critics on account of current republican administration.

VIENNA - The Vienna OSCE centre for registration of voters for voting in absentia still did not start with sending ballots. the beginning was anticipated for the beginning of August, however, the press is not finished yet, OSCE stress. The SRNA source could not confirm when OSCE will start sending ballots. The sending of certificates about registration to voters is not finished too. All voters must first by mail receive the certificate on registration, and later ballots. After checking the identity of voters ballots will be packed and sealed, and then sent to counting in federation B&H and RS.

PALE - The deputy chief of the Centre of Public security /CJB/ in Serbian Sarajevo Srdjan Knezevic was killed list night after 23,00 h in Pale. The expert examination on the body of famous commander of Jahorina battalion of Army of Republika Srpska and the leader of legendary unit "White wolves" was performed in Medical centre in Pale, where autopsy will be done too.

BIJELJINA - MUP of RS has officially confirmed that Srdjan Knezevic was killed by two masked assailants who shot him into chest from machine guns. "This atrocious murder was done in the moment when he was leaving car with his wife in front of the house where he lived. Two unknown and masked assailants were shooting from the close distance and he died immediately" - was announced form the Cabinet of the Minister of Internal affairs

Milovan Stankovic. In the announcement forwarded to SRNA is stated that minister Stankovic, with the aim of clarifying this event, formed a Task Force.

PALE - The investigation judge of the Regional Court of Serbian Sarajevo Dragan Djorlija stated for SRNA that at the venue where murder has occurred, immediately beside the field vehicle "Pajero" the body of deputy chief of CJB Sarajevo Srdjan Knezevic was found in the laying position with several gun wounds. "At the place of murder in front of the building in which Knezevic lived, in the street of Dobrosav Jevdjevic was found several cartridges of calibre 7,62 mm, few bullets and traces of blood, while in the car was found several hole made by shots", said Djorlija, who is at the head of the commission for investigation.

PALE - On the occasion of tragic death of deputy chief of CJB Serbian Sarajevo Srdjan Knezevic, municipal board of SDS Pale most vigorously condemned this criminal act and act of terrorism. In the announcement is stated that this "tragic event do not contribute to the democratic and tolerant pre-electoral atmosphere", and that SDS "energetically demands from the competent authorities to start investigation immediately, find criminals and most seriously punish them".

BANJA LUKA - The Presidency of Serbian Renewal Movement /SPO/ of RS "energetically condemned the last night's murder of deputy chief of CJB Serbian Sarajevo Srdjan Knezevic and warned the state organs to stop terrorism so RS would not become another Lebanon or North Ireland". In the public announcement issued in Banja Luka is said SPO RS demands from MUP of RS to start urgently the investigation, discover the perpetrators and bring them to the justice, in order to be adequately punished".

BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic has expressed the condolence to the family of murdered deputy chief of CJB /centre of public security/ Sarajevo Srdjan Knezevic, as well as to his war colleagues and people of Romanija region. "As any other citizen of RS, I am deeply touched and with disbelief I had received the news about tragic Srdjan's death", is said in the message which president Plavsic sent to the family of Srdjan Knezevic. In the message is said: "Srdjan Knezevic, the commander of 'White Wolves' has won battles in war with enemies, because he fought as hero and knight. Tragic knowledge that he lost his life in peace increases my sorrow and sorrow of all true patriots".

BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic and premier Milorad Dodik most vigorously have condemned the last night's murder of deputy chief of CJB Sarajevo Srdjan Knezevic. "On the occasion of the tragic death of deputy chief of CJB Sarajevo, Srdjan Knezevic, the famous commander of the unit 'White Wolves', who was perfidiously killed last night, we are expressing our condemnation and astonishment with the act which is overcoming all norms of human behaviour and reason", i said in the joint public announcement of the president and premier of RS. In the announcement is said that "creating chaos and lawlessness in the time of pre-electoral campaign is the aim of those who is disturbed by the international reputation and opening of RS towards the world and internal progress commenced in RS and which is evident countrywide".

BANJA LUKA - The president of the National assembly of RS Petar Djokic has sharply condemned any act of violence, reacting on the murder of Srdjan Knezevic, deputy chief of CJB Sarajevo, and especially, as he said, such case of killing the high official of MUP of RS. "The news that in the terroristic attack was killed the deputy chief of CJB Sarajevo, Srdjan Knezevic has shaken the public in RS and all of us deeply upset, especially as this is one in the series of previous attacks against officers of MUP of RS, as recently committed terroristic attack against Ljubisa Savic, chief for jobs of police in MUP of RS" - is stated in the announcement of president Djokic.

PALE - On the occasion of tragic death of deputy chief of CJB Sarajevo, the famous commander of the division "White Wolves" Srdjan Knezevic the members of the MND North generals Girolamo Gilio and Luigi Kiavelli expressed condolence to the leadership of Pale municipality. The generals Gilio and Kiavareli asked the leadership of municipality to convey condolence on their behalf and behalf of the division of general Lang to the family of departed Knezevic.

SARAJEVO - On the reasons and consequences of exodus of Krajina Serbs from August 1995, long time ago,besides the political, fell down the media dust. BELGRADE - The Contact Group has submitted to the Government of FR Yugoslavia and leaders of Albanians from Kosmet the plan of peaceful solution of crisis in this Province for which is anticipated the great degree of autonomy - reports DPA. "Simultaneously the plan supports the idea of territorial integrity of Yugoslavia and negate the possibility of independent Kosmet", - explained today in Belgrade the deputy minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Nikolai Afanasievski.
