SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Kra
jisnik, talked in Pale with the deputy high representative of the
international community, Michael Steiner, about the releasing of
all war prisoners. According to unofficial sources, the Serb side
demanded that 20 Serb soldiers, captured in Vozuca on September
1995, be released from the Muslim prison in Tuzla, and that 55
Serb soldiers be released from the Croatian prison in Mostar.
Around 40 Serbs of Srpska are still being held in prisons in the
Republic of Croatia.
SARAJEVO - A Serb journalist Ninko Djuric was released today
after six months spent in Muslim prisons. Djuric was captured by
the Muslim unit called "Black wolves" on September 10, 1995. He
spent 139 days in a cell for solitary confinement in the former
JNA barracks "Husinska Buna".
BON - The German foreign minister, Klaus Kinkel, demanded
that all war prisoners in Bosnia be released immediately, adding
that if this not happen, there will be no Conference of donation
countries for the reconstruction of Bosnia, which is to be held
in Brussels on April.
