SARAJEVO - The president of Republika Srpska, Radovan Karad
zic, stated in Pale that "there are no B-H governmental agencies"
and that "they will be established only after elections in Srpska
and the Croat/Muslim Federation". "I'm afraid that we are again
victims of the manipulation which caused the war in the former B-
H", Karadzic told SRNA while commenting on attempts that the
Muslim government in Sarajevo, through work with international
institutions, be proclaimed as a legitimate representative of all
three nation in the former Bosnia. The president said that a RS
delegation will attend the Donors Conference in Brussels on April
12 and 13, only if it receives an official invitation from the
high representative of the international community, Carl Bildt.
SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president, Momcilo
Krajisnik, and the deputy high representative, Michael Steiner,
talked in Pale about the release of prisoners accused of war
crimes. Talking about the coming Donors Conference in Brussels,
Krajisnik stated after the meeting that there is a political game
around conference which aim is to disqualify Srpska and expressed
discontent with previous work of the international community in
the field of humanitarian aid and aid for the reconstruction of
Srpska.
SARAJEVO - The RS deputy minister of justice, Goran Neskov
ic, stated that "three Muslims accused of crimes against Srpska
were released today at 15:00 hrs". "We released them as a gesture
of good will towards the international community and Carl Bildt,
although we could have accused them of war crimes. We fulfilled
the agreement while the Muslims did not release the civilians
arrested in Grbavica", said Neskovic. In the presence of the
deputy high representative, Michael Steiner, the following Mus
lims were released: Hasan Hrnadovic, Kemal Alagic and Enver
Krasic, accused of "espionage, armed rebellion and participation
in an enemy army".
MRKONJIC GRAD - The following corpses were identified in Mr
konjic Grad: Andja Drinic (1910), Ranko Nedeljko Kovacic (1975)
and Branko Tegeltija (1952). An investigative judge of the Banja
luka military court, Borisa Ilic, stated that 111 Serb corpses
have been identified so far.
BELGRADE - The Muslim ambassador to London, Muhamed Filipov
ic, stated that Alija Izetbegovic will lose power at the upcoming
elections in the Croat/Muslim Federation. "Izetbegovic did not
provide prosperity to his people but ruins, while dissident Haris
Silajdzic has no chance to win the elections", said Filipovic in
an interview given Belgrade's paper Telegraf.
