SARAJEVO - The vicepresident of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic, confirmed her attendance of tomorrow's Geneva meeting because "about a part of territory of Bosnia which belong to RS will be discussed". She said she was not informed of the agenda, but she is confident that the previous implementation of the Dayton agreement will be dealt with, and perhaps, "a strategy will be determined for its more effective implementation".

LONDON - London's "Guardian" asserts the Geneva's meeting of the representatives of former Yugoslavian republics and U.S. State Secretary Warren Christopher, besides the new pressures to Republika Srpska, will deal with problems in MoslemCroatian federation. This news is particularly pointing out the problem of Islamic mercenaries - "mujahedins", who still act in the territo ry of the federation which is under control of Moslem government in Sarajevo.

BIJELJINA - At Bijeljina, in the presence of the represen tatives of the Council for creating the aerial plan of RS and most eminent experts from the economical, cultural, educational and communicational institutions, considered and supplemented the plan of aerial arrangement of Srpska from 1996 till 2000. This plan comprises of equally scheduled all vital institutions in RS, starting primarily from economy, education, high education, traffic and ecology.

AMSTERDAM - The recently published report with the series of alleged secret documents which in case of fighting for Srebrenica accuse a part of UN, general Janvier, Yasushi Akashi, and first of all French president Jacques Chirac, is the topic of Nether lands' media. Until now such an mounted campaigns were directed mainly against Serbs, but having a lack of new accusations against Serbian side, the journalist's hysteria, while looking for sensations, hit the Netherlands' politicians.

ZAGREB - Moslem side rejected implementation of some provi sions of the Washington agreement for creating joint Moslem Croatian army - stated for the Croatian radio the defence minis ter in federal government Vladimir Soljic. "Discord arose from a lack of creating of an agreement whether the recruits should freely choose where to have their military service - in units of B&H army or Croatian Defence Council /HVO/", he said.

NEW YORK - The Moslem government is creating of Sarajevo a Moslem city - writes "New York Times" and asserts that Sarajevan government is taking of appartments from Serbs and Croats and allocating them to Moslems, and in this way they gave a tens of thousands of apartments.

SARAJEVO - The Moslem leader Alija Izetbegovic assessed that elections could be held in the democratic way "only if a certain members of the Serbian leadership withdraw from the politics".

BANJALUKA - The First Congress of the Socialistic Party of Republika Srpska /SP RS/ is finished at Banjaluka today by choos ing 90 members of the General Board and 19 members of Executive Board, and for the new president of the socialists, instead of Dragutin Ilic, Zivko Radisic, former vicepresident, was chosen.
