SARAJEVO - The minister of foreign affairs of Republika Srpska (RS), Aleksa Buha stated that "RS was recognised at the recently held Ministerial Conference in Florence as a interna tional factor". "Following the Moscow Conference, the RS was for the second time since the signing of the Dayton agreement, treat ed as other countries participants", stated Buha for the Serb TV, while commenting the results of the twoday Florence Conference devoted to the continuation of the Dayton agreement implementa tion. Buha especially pointed out at the objective approach and cooperativeness of the chairman of the Conference, the Italian foreign minister Lamberto Dini.

STOCKHOLM - There will be no discussion about Brcko for refugees from Serb Sarajevo found shelter there, writes the Stockholm paper Svenska Dagbladet, citing the RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic. SARAJEVO - The Execution Commission of the Party for B-H accused the leadership of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) of being directly responsible for yesterday's attack at the Party's president Haris Silajdzic in Cazin. "The attack followed several statements of the SDA leadership. The political faction tending to impose its absolutist rule and prevent the democratic process es in B-H is behind it", says the announcement of the Party for B-H.

SARAJEVO - If it is to be judged by the Muslim TV programme, there is a large gap between wishes and reality regarding the elections in Mostar. Namely, in the Muslim TV Sarajevo programme titled "Mostar to Mostar residents", the participants - mayor of the Muslim part of Mostar Safet Ocurevic, professor Zdravko Grebo, Gradimir Gojer and Jole Musa - discussed unitary Mostar in which the organisation of authority predicted is such that nobody can deceit nobody, i.e it is all the same who the mayor will be, writes SRNA's commentary.
