SARAJEVO - The RS minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Vinko Kondic, and the coordinator of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Enthony Twiger talked today in Pale about the programme for employment and reconstruction of production and economy capacities in the areas which are returned to the RS by the Dayton agreement. "Along with the programme for development of Sipovo, MrkonjicGrad and Kljuc, the reconstruction of Srpsko Sarajevo was also dealt with. We will provide in the next 15 days ILO with all required data on the situation in this area, hoping to get money from them", said Kondic.

SOKOLAC - Representatives of the Serbian Democratic Party of Serbian Lands (SDS SZ) are expected to hand over to the OSCE office at Sokolac their lists of candidates for the forthcoming September elections. The Main Board of SDS SZ unanimously decid ed on July 3, 1996 that Prof. Dr. Biljana Plavsic and Dr. Dra goljub Mirjanic will run for the president and the vice president at the upcoming elections. The president of the RS and president of SDS SZ, Radovan Karadzic decided not to candidate himself at the forthcoming elections.

BELGRADE - The president of the Main Board of the Serbian Liberal Party (SLS), Kosta Cavoski stated that the decision made by the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) saying that Biljana Plavsic should run for the president of RS "is to be respected, because she has undivided support of the people". "World masters do not want Biljana Plavsic, but someone else, who will be more flexible and cooperative, just like President Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia has been for a long time",said Cavoski at a press conference in Belgrade, assessing that Mrs.Plavsic will represent faithfully the programme of SDS, being led by Dr. Radovan Karadzic".

BELGRADE - The Serbian Radical Party (SRS) will leave all votes won at the upcoming September elections for the presi- dent of RS and the Presidency of the Union of B-H to the candi dates of SDS, Biljana Plavsic and Momcilo Krajisnik. At a press conference, held in Belgrade, SRS president Vojislav Seselj said that such decision was brought in order that all patriotic votes in RS concentrate around the persons that fought for freedom of the Serbian people.

BELGRADE - The spokesman of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), Milorad Jovanovic, assesses that after President Radovan Karadzic of Republika Srpska gave up the idea of running candida cy at September's elections, now, it is the most important to continue the past policy of SDS. Jovanovic believes that "Karad zic decided not to candidate himself, being convinced that the policy of SDS and its leadership will, and without his candidacy, be continued".

BELGRADE - The vicepresident of the Party of Serbian Unity (SSJ), Borislav Pelevic, characterised the decision made by President Radovan Karadzic of Republika Srpska not to participate at the forthcoming elections as "the act of his great readiness to sacrifice". Pelevic assesses that this "concrete and human decision showed that Karadzic alone is for the peaceful implemen tation of the Dayton agreement".

BERLIN - President Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia can't turn deaf ear to a request of the Yugoslav Army officers saying that general Ratko Mladic must not be delivered to the Hague Tribunal, because in that case Milosevic would not be the only person that would be in danger but the whole West will, writes the Berliner Zeitung. According to the paper, Milosevic must not turn deaf ear to the request by the Yugoslav officers regardless to the cooperativeness towards the international community and increased pressures from the West.

SARAJEVO - The Commission of the Republika Srpska /RS/ for collecting the evidence about committed crimes against humanity and international law send the official information to RS govern ment about crimes committed by Croatian Army against Serbs during occupation of Mrkonjic Grad. Information "MrkonjicGrad - the greatest disclosed mass grave at the region of the former Yugo slavia" is made at the basis of evidence of the prosecutor and forensic expert, who in the mass grave at the local Orthodox graveyard had found 181 corpse of the persons of Serbian nation ality at the beginning of April. In the information sent to the Hague International Tribunal by the Lawyers Association, is emphasised that after entering of the 4th Guard Croatian Army from Split, under the command of the general Matijasevic, on October 10 1995, a small number of Serbs, mainly older and disa bled, stayed in Mrkonjic Grad.

SARAJEVO - The Croatian authorities and individuals in Tomislavgrad (former Duvno) are doing all to expel the last Muslim civilian from the city and thereby to finish their ethnic cleansing, since they have killed and expelled all Serbs. According to the Muslim RadioSarajevo, Croats are looting the property of remained Muslims, trying to force them to move out.

DOBOJ - The US IFOR division commander, stationed in Tuzla, general William Nash, ordered to start an investigation due to an incident that occurred on June 30, when soldiers of the 18th US brigade tried to take off the RS flag from the mast at the stadi um in Doboj.
