BRCKO - The acting president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Bilja na Plavsic highlighted during the visit to Brcko that "consistent implementation of Dayton Agreement guarantees the survival of this town in Srpska". "At Dayton isn't provided the passing between the Eastern and Western part of RS with the width of 20 kms, which remained unsolved by accepting the factual status, and in the Agreement is written that the disputable is the part of IEBL near Brcko. Therefore, the solution is the factual status, or our request for the broadening of the passage on 20 kms", explained Mrs Plavsic.

LONDON - The British commentators assessed that the resigna tion of the president of RS Radovan Karadzic represents the sophisticated tactics, which enables him to make this departure as an actual return whenever he wants. "The Daily Telegraph" thinks that "with the Karadzic's withdrawal from the political life in RS appeared three even harder Serbian nationalists". The news states that they are Biljana Plavsic, Momcilo Krajisnik and Aleksa Buha.

BERLIN - The whole antiSerbian campaign around Srebrenica and Hague Tribunal has the task to hide the main culprits of the war in the former Yugoslavia and all guilt throw on the Serbian side - concluded the Germain "Junge Welt" in the newest issue. " Welt am Sonntag" transmits the statement of the Germain Minister of the Foreign Affairs Klaus Kinkel which thinks that IFOR had to have the task to arrest Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic while assessing that they are the main culprits for the war in the former B&H.

CLEVELAND - The special envoy of the U.S. president Richard Holbrooke last night after the arrival from the former Yugoslavia insolently stated that the next step of U.S. will be expelling Radovan Karadzic from Pale and his country. "While he is in Pale , although he can't be seen, although he is out of the public and political life, I personally feel uneasy, and so my colleges too", said Holbrooke.

PARIS - The famous French writer and academic Jacques Lauran gave a message in "Figaro" that the Hague Tribunal "should try

those who prepared the civil war with all of those atrocities". "It's easy to find them - they are the members of the interna tional instances who had decided to make one nation and one state out of Bosnia" writes Lauran.

BANJALUKA - The regional centre of OSCE at Banjaluka for warded to SRNA the announcement in which a certain regulations were explained concerning the September's elections in RS and CroatianMoslem federation. In the statement is said that the refugees, which are at the territory of FR Yugoslavia /FRY/ or any other country, and who wish to vote in the municipality where they were registered in 1991, can vote in absentia.

BELGRADE - The President of the Association of Serbs from the former B&H at Belgrade Gojko Djogo called all Serbs which are franchised to vote at the September's elections in RS to "fulfil their sacred duty". "We must do everything we can so not loose what in blood we reached, because it is our debt to those who gave their lives and blood for Srpska" - said Djogo.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Serbian Patriot Party SPAS Slavko Zupljanin warned that the rumours, related to the ways of registration and possibilities of voting of refugees in FRY are malicious, and are the expression of the special war against Serbs, with the utmost aim of destruction of RS. Zupljanin stressed the disinformation about the arbitrage in the Brcko region, where an agreement should be gained about the line of separation and that the town is out of question.

NOVI SAD - The head of the Office of RS in Novi Sad Risto Trivun assessed in the statement for SRNA that the elections in the former B&H should bring good neihgborhood instead of forcible communion. He called all adult citizens of RS and Republika Srpska Krajina at the coming elections to give their votes to the parties and candidates which already showed themselves as the fighters for the state and independence of RS.

SARAJEVO - The group of 200 Moslems armed with stones and canes attacked the Serbs during the exhumation of the bodies of Serbian soldiers on July 21 at Stog near Doboj, when, at the request of the IPTF they were prevented by IFOR. The spokesman of IFOR major Bret Budro stated at the press conference at Sarajevo that "Moslem's crowd had hostile attitude" and added that the presence of IFOR was necessary because the "federal police didn't even try to prevent the raged crowd".

SARAJEVO - In the parts of the serbian Sarajevo which by Dayton Agreement were given to Moslems, in last five months is evidenced 350 criminal acts against Serbs - writes the Belgrade's "Vecernje novine" according to the official evidence of the federation's Ministry of the Foreign affairs.

BELGRADE - The Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic met the vicepresident of the Croatian-Moslem federation Ejup Ganic and his minister of the foreign affairs Jadranko Prlic, Ganic and Prlic previously met the vicepresident of the Yugoslavian gov- ernment Nikola Sainovic. To reporters is announced that nobody will give any official announcement.

SARAJEVO - At the Sarajevo airport last night arrived the first shipment of the U.S. arms for the MoslemCroatian federa- tion - announces the radio "Deutsche Welle". By aeroplane, which came from Istanbul, is delivered more than 100 missiles and several hundred of machine guns.

ZAGREB - The representatives of the Croatian Democratic Party /HDZ/ at Mostar announced that they will boycott the ses sion of the newly elected city assembly - reports the Reuter. "We don't accept the final results of elections, because they were not publicly presented by the local electoral commission"- stated Mile Puljic, the president of the HDZ at Mostar.

SKOPJE - If somebody thinks that easily will pass Jully 22, a day when the rector of the Tetovo university, Fadilj Sulejmani, will be released from prison, he is mistaken - stated the secre tary of the Albanian National Democratic Party Bedredin Ibrahimi. He threatened that there are still countless forms which were not used and Albanians will, as he announced, address to the repre sentatives of OSCE and UNPREDEP.
