BIJELJINA - The vicepresident and acting president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic at Bijeljina positively assessed the work of media during the preelectoral activities in RS. BANJA LUKA - The president of the RS State Commission for POW's exchange and missing persons Dragan Bulajic sent a protest letter to the commander of the multiethnic division of IFOR sector SouthWest general John Kisley, because of hindering the exhumation of the remaining bodies from the mass grave in Glamoc. While reminding that the members of IFOR with two armoured combat vehicles yesterday blocked the road in the place Mliniste on the RS territory, Bulajic is emphasising that the members of the state Commission for POW's exchange and missing persons "are deeply insulted" with such behaviour of the soldiers form multi ethnic division.

SARAJEVO - After the last night's incident near HanPijesak, when the members of IFOR tried to make inspection of the storage space if the RS Army /VRS/, which in this case was in opposition to the Dayton Agreement, the liaison officers left the Office in Pale. In the IFOR's Office in Pale remained only interpreters. From the well informed sources from Pale, that this act of IFOR "has nothing to do with arms control and other duties which RS have taken by military Annex of the Dayton Agreement". "There is the question - is that a new course of the IFOR Commander vice Admiral Joseph Lopez, or the attempt to turn the attention from the problem in CroatianMoslem federation, so the responsibility of noncompliance with Dayton Agreement would be ascribed to all sides", it is stressed in these sources.

DOBOJ - The relations between Croats and Moslems on the ZepceUsora region additionally worsened by planting explosive device under the truck near the military storage of 110. regiment of the Croatian Council of Defence Usora, in the settlement Rosulje, Eastern from Jelah. "Today the explosive devices were used, by which, besides the truck, one bus of the Public enter prise "Usora" was destroyed, while a number of the houses in the settlement Rosulje were damaged", confirmed the spokesman of the NordicPolish brigade of IFOR major Teuvo Tikenen.
