SARAJEVO - The chief of the European Observing Mission for the Dayton B-H, Noel Kilkeni, congratulated Momcilo Krajisnik for being elected for the threemember B-H presidency. BEOGRAD - The president of the Serbian Liberal Party (SLS), Nikola Milosevic, assessed in Belgrade that the election results and the SDS victory represent a great defeat for the U.S. media tor Richard Holbrooke. "Holbrooke's aim was not only to hold the elections and have the faction committed for the unitary B-H won, but also to have the nationally opted party in RS lost", stated Milosevic at a press conference.

BEOGRAD - Biljana Plavsic, who took the lead in the election run for the president of RS, was seen in Belgrade, while in a private visit, while she was surrounded by a large number of Belgrade residents who offer her their support.

CELAVELAND - The political analysts and diplomats in the U.S.A. are pessimistic regarding possibilities of the real func tioning of the common institutions in the Dayton B-H, with an estimation that its final division will take place along the ethnic borders. The weekly Time concludes that the Muslim leader Alija Izetbegovic will use all means in an effort to persuade Momcilo Krajisnik to take RS into the unitary B-H, in order to evade a complete paralyse of the common bodies.

HAMBURG - In its referring to the elections in the Dayton B- H, the German weekly, "Hamburger Abendblat", assesses that the desire of the international elements to create an unitary state remained unfulfilled, following the victory of "nationalistic hardliners". AMSTERDAM - After the results of the elections for the joint threeheaded presidency were announced, talks of a multinational and civic character of the Dayton B-H in Dutch media were re placed by serious analyses of the future relations. Dutch Radio and TV said the western democracy workedout plan on preelection strategy to affect the final post of forces in the joint presi dency, including the return of refugees and a role of the RS opposition parties, as well.

ATHENS - The majority of Greek media conclude that the leader of the Bosnian Muslims, Alija Izetbegovic, became the first chair of the collective presidency of B-H, thanks to Ser bia's president Slobodan Milosevic, who split out the constituen cy in RS. A general opinion in Greece is that it was president Milosevic's support to the opposition candidate which prevented SDS's Momcilo Krajisnik from getting enough votes to guarantee him the toppost in the presidency of B-H.

BANJALUKA - The RS State Commission for POW exchange, led by pathologist Dr. Zeljko Karan, identified 35 out of 46 bodies of killed Serb soldiers and civilians, exhumed from the "Kamen" mass grave in Glamoc.
