As the RS member in the House of Representatives of the Dayton B-H Parliament, Slobodan Bijelic, mentioned the outstanding issue again was the place of meeting, even though the RS representatives this evening displayed their good will to hold those meetings.

SARAJEVO - The deputy high representative of the international community, Michael Steiner, announced the presence of the international forces in the Dayton B-H next year, for "the peoples in RS and the Federation do not feel safe yet". THESALONIKI - The Sunday's "Elepheterotipia" publishes an article of a member of the Greek Institute for Foreign Policy, Plamen Tonsen, who says that the break-up of the Dayton B-H is more likely than its survival as an unitary state. According to Tonsen, the September elections in the former B- H did not allow the functioning of the entities, for they fairly legalised the functioning of the national parties.
