The head of the VRS General Staff, general Pero Colic, informed members of the Supreme Council of Defence of dynamics of the VRS reorganisation and its combat readiness. The RS defence minister Milan Ninkovic referred to measures planned and undertaken to the end of strengthening of the Army finance resources and promotion of soldiers and officers' standard of life.BANJALUKA - The RS president and vice-president Biljana Plavsic and Dragoljub Mirjanic, talked in Banjaluka with French ambassador to Dayton B- H, Yves Godet, about the implementation of the civilian aspects of the Dayton Agreement. BANJALUKA - The RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic, vicegovernor of the National Bank of Yugoslavia and director of the Vojvodjanska Bank Ratko Banovic, discussed the implementation of the Protocol on monetary policy and circulation of goods, signed by beginning of 1996 between the two states. Attending were the RS vice-president Dragoljub Mirjanic, RS finance minister Novak Kondic and governor of the National Bank of RS Manojlo Djoric. BANJALUKA - The RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic, attended a session of the Association of Food Producers in RS, to discuss new plans and resources of the agriculture. Klickovic stated RS has a good potential for food production, but the support of the state is necessary. MRKONJIC-GRAD - After visiting the Mrkonjic-Grad Police, RS interior minister Dragan Kijac stated that the security level in Mrkonjic-Grad is satisfactory. STOCKHOLM - The Swedish government decided to send 510 soldiers, participating in the SFOR Mission, to the Dayton B-H, which, in relation to number IFOR soldiers, represents 40percent reduction. BANJALUKA - The provost of the University of Banjaluka, Radoslav Grujic, received a delegation of the International Organisation for Migrations (IOM) from Geneva, who informed Grujic of IOM programme for the Dayton B-H directed towards bringing the skilled and educated people in both public and private sector to facilitate the reconstruction process in the country and return of experts who left the country due to war operations. PALE - The ICRC received over 15,886 applications related to searching for missing persons.
