SARAJEVO - At the session of the House of Representatives of the Dayton B-H Parliament Assembly it has been decided that a Croatian Ivo Lozancic - candidate of the Croatian Democratic Union - be the first chairman of the Working Presidency of this body. Members of the Working Presidency will be a Serb, Slobodan Bijelic, and Muslim Halid Genjac, who will take post of chairman after eight months, when Lozancic's mandate expires.

SARAJEVO - Twelve members of the Council of Ministers of the Dayton B-H, got their mandate verified by the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly. Based upon their agreement, the Council has two co- chairmen, Serb Boro Bosic and Muslim Haris Silajdzic, and vice-chairman, Neven Tomic, Croat.

SARAJEVO - The president in the Dayton B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, warned at a session of the House of Representatives in Sarajevo that "some individuals' intentions to smooth misunderstandings by instigating a new war might become a reality, unless we all together push harder for peace".

SARAJEVO - A member of the Working Presidency in the House of Representatives of the B-H Parliamentary Assembly, Serb Slobodan Bijelic, assessed the session in Sarajevo as: "I came, saw and felt satisfaction with the finished job".

SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of the Dayton B- H, Kresimir Zubak, stated in his introductory speech in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentarian Assembly that, he was happy for "the scope of bodies and individuals involved in the implementation of the Dayton agreement is being broadened".

SARAJEVO - The chair of the Dayton B-H Presidency, Alija Izetbegovic assessed that the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Dayton B-H as a "consent of all concerned for the implementation of the Dayton Agreement".

SARAJEVO - The deputy high representative of the international community, Michael Steiner, said that those attending the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly "are expected from their constituencies peace and normal life conditions".

BRCKO - The head of the General Staff of the Republika Srpska Army (VRS), general Pero Colic, stated in Brcko that the Serbs are ready to defend this city by all means available.

AMSTERDAM - Aside of pressures from USA and Europe, the Muslim Government in Sarajevo is still maintaining its ties with the most radical Islamic country in the world - Iran - claim the Dutch press, saying that Teheran gave half million US dollars for the SDA election campaign.

BERLIN - After two and-a-half of years of the EU administration over Mostar, this city remains divided into Croat and Muslim parts, while the only thing in common for both parts of the city is hatred, writes the Sueddetsche Zeitung.

VIENNA - The Serbia's government recognised victory of opposition parties in nine election units in Belgrade, and in Uzice, Kragujevac and Zrenjanin, as well, says the Yugoslav foreign minister, Milan Milutinovic in his letter to OSCE.

MOSCOW - The Russian president Boris Yeltzin will receive the German chancellor Helmut Kohl in his residency Savidvo tomorrow, reports DPA.
