ATHENS - For returning refugees in Republika Srpska and Federation B&H nothing was done yet, although this is one of the most important tasks in assistance of the international community to the former warred factions - claims the Greek "Elephterotipia" stressing that expelled people are nowhere welcomed. "Although the providing the assistance in creating the conditions for faster return of few hundreds of thousand refugees would be the basic task of the international community, nothing was done on this job" - writes "Elephterotipia" and concludes that it is necessary to secure political conditions for returning the refugees in the places where another nation is in majority.

STOCKHOLM - Badly prepared elections in which participated Serbian people in Srem Baranja County show the evil intentions of some people in Croatia which cannot accept the freedom, democracy and legal state - warns the Swedish news "Dages Niheter". While commenting the overall situation on the Balkans, the news stresses that in this region "in power are the wrong forces". On the question what next could be expected in B&H and whether the crisis in Albania will be the last in the region, the news as an answer offers the opinion of the High international Representative Carl Bildt that "there is no much space for optimism".

CLEVELAND - Hitler didn't have more skillful thugs and ardent supporters than Croatian "ustashas" /resurgent/ - writes "New-York Times" and warns that 52 years after Second World War, "'ustashas' are coming back from graves where they had to stay for ever". "For the rehabilitation of 'ustashas' most of all contributed Tudjman, who already for years negate the existence of genocide against Serbs and Jews and who today represents 'ustashas' as Croatian patriots and founders of new Croatia" - highlights the eminent commentator of this news Endrew Rosentall.

HAMBURG - The West, led by Germany, have broken Yugoslavia and raised one new Croatia, which president Franjo Tudjman is giving to old and new 'ustashas' what they need most of all - the overall social recognition, rehabilitation and re-tailoring of the history. The Berlin's daily "Yunge Welt" is one of the rare German news which conveyed this comment, in which is stressed that "Hitler didn't have more passionate and ready bloody executor and faithful ally than Croatian fascists".

AMSTERDAM - The correspondent of the Dutch "Folkstrandt" from Belgrade Burt Reis in the text "Dayton tightened discord and division" brings into doubt the survival of B&H in the present borders and the possibility that in the future the entities would be reunified.
