SARAJEVO - The Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska /RS/ continued in Pale the session about discussing and voting on constitutionality of the Decision of the president of Republic about dissolving the NS and holding parliamentary elections. The president of the Constitutional Court Gaso Mijanovic invited on the session the president of Republika Srpska Biljana Plavsic, president of NS Dragan Kalinic and premier Gojko Klickovic.

SARAJEVO - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic rejected the invitation of the Constitutional Court to attend the continuation of the session about discussing and voting about constitutionality of her decision on dissolving the National Assembly /NS/ and announcing premature parliamentary elections. "The president of the Council stated that the public discussion was finished and that the Court withdraws for coffering and voting, to which cannot attend nobody but the judges" - explained Ms. Plavsic.

SARAJEVO - The U.S. Government furthermore expect the constructive role and engagement of RS in the Dayton process - stressed in Pale the charge d'affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo Robert Bikroft during the farewell visit to the president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik. "We were happy to have understanding and help of Mr. Bikroft and his assistants, because through Embassy we solved the many problems, for the satisfaction not only of the people from RS but also another two partners in FB&H" - stated Mr. Krajisnik.

SARAJEVO - The president of the Government of RS Gojko Klickovic sent in Pale the representatives of municipalities Srebrenica, Sekovici and Osmaci to take over the humanitarian aid from the Republican commodity stocks, promised during their work visit to these municipalities. Stressing the issues of infrastructure and protection of standard of inhabitants as priority, the premier underlined that the building of the local roads is underway, while in cooperation with the "Elektroprivreda RS" (power production, transmission and distribution) next Friday will start the building of 35 kV long distance power line in the region of Sekovici municipality. The premier Klickovic stressed that the assistance on expanding the production in "Zeleni Jadar", in Srebrenica, was agreed, where the Government will intervene with the certain financial resources.

SARAJEVO - The co-presiding of the Council of Ministers of B&H from RS Boro Bosic after the arriving from the official visit to Malaysia expressed the contentment by its political effects. "We tried to create the different picture about Serbs and RS and to improve the mutual relations in political and economic sphere"

- said Mr. Bosic in the statement for SRNA, expressing the conviction that this is "good step that RS improve its political relations with Malaysia, and through it with the Islamic world". Bosic expressed the expectation that soon will follow the contacts with the Ambassador of Malaysia in Sarajevo , as well as the visit of its economic delegation, who would visit the enterprises in RS and agree the concrete cooperation.

SARAJEVO - The minister for traffic and communications in the Government of RS Nedeljko Lajic and the official from the Office of the High Representative vice-marshal Rob Wright agreed in Pale the participation of RS in the joint commission for organisation of the civil air traffic in RS and Federation of B&H /FB&H/. Both collocutors expressed the conviction that soon will be realised the mutual satisfactory agreement and that the air companies of RS and FB&H will soon begin to fly from the main airports - in Banja Luka, and Sarajevo and Mostar.

SARAJEVO - The minister of Justice in the Government of RS Branko Petric agreed in Pale with the French Ambassador Ives Gaudel the going of two judges from RS for the two month, i.e. nine month course on the Higher school for magistrates in France, in October this year. It is concluded that there are difficulties in not knowing French language, so the French Embassy promised the organising of the course in Pale and Banja Luka. Stressing that this is significant step in the development of the cooperation of the justices of two countries, the minister Petric said that this form of cooperation was agreed also for next two years.

BRCKO - the new procedure of issuing the identity documents to the returnees in the region of Brcko is still being considered, and its implementation could start next week, stated in Brcko the spokesman of the supervisor Robert Farrand, Razvigor Bazala. According to the new decision of the supervisor, the returnees in the region of Brcko could have the ID cards of FB&H, along with identity card of his Office, "until the RS Government decide to issue for them the RS documents in the time and place of arriving". He repeated the yesterday's statement of the supervisor that the eventual boycott of elections in Brcko would be contra productive for Serbs, because then the parties from FB&H would win.

BANJA LUKA - The president of the City Board of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ of Banja Luka Ostoja Knezevic submitted the irrevocable resignation on this post, as well as the post of the member of the Main and Municipal Board /OO/ of SDS and stepped out of this party. "The crisis in which is RS and SDS is extraordinarily difficult, and disagreement in the leadership of the country last already for a long time" - said Knezevic addressing the reporters and added: "I have done all that I can to overcome the crisis and to reach agreement and compromise".

BANJA LUKA - The president of the Party of independent social-democrats of RS Milorad Dodik sharply condemned the statement of the minister of the Foreign Affairs of B&H Jadranko Prlic that "Banja Luka is the strategic interest of Croatia", assessing it as "the additional spreading the fear in the Serbian population". At the press conference in Banja Luka, Dodik precisely stated that "Croats through Prlic wish the additional spreading of fear in the Serbian people, and that just in the moment when RS tries to overcome the constitutional crisis and start to go in the normal life".

BANJA LUKA - The president of the Democratic Party of Banja Luka and Krajina Nikola Spiric warned that the statement of the chief diplomacy of B&H Jadranko Prlic about Banja Luka as the strategic interest of Croatia represent the confirmation of the long time known and stressed pretensions of the official Croatian policy towards that part of RS. At the press conference in Banja Luka Spiric warned that RS in this moment must have the clear state strategy of the investment cooperation with foreign countries, which is the important link in start-up of our economy.

AMSTERDAM - The results of the U.S. "bulldozer diplomacy" embodied in the mediator Richard Holbrooke were not non-satisfactory, but there are no strong guarantees that what was agreed during his last tour in the former Yugoslavia will be fulfilled - comments the Dutch "Folkstrand". And the Western diplomats deems that Holbrooke this time solved very little number of problems, mainly details which had to be agreed few months ago, while in solving the key issues - the return of refugees and Hague tribunal - did not move forward no one step. The legendary Holbrooke's capacity and strong hand in negotiations this time were not confirmed and he returned after almost un-done job - it is added in the comments, along with the notification that the official Washington still has no intention to give up from these two mentioned requirements.

PODGORICA - Acting in Accordance with the Constitutional Court of Republic Montenegro, Republican electoral commission have brought the solution by which is rejected the proposition of candidature of Momir Bulatovic for the president of Republic. The candidature was submitted by the Democratic Party of the Socialists of Montenegro, which is represented by and is its agent Milo Djukanovic.
