SRPSKO SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik warned that "nobody has a right to force the division of the Serbian people by disabling broadcasting the programming from one studio, nor to destroy the Belgrade's agreement, which anticipate the alternative broadcasting". "By that is violated the basic democratic rule, the freedom of media" - assessed Krajisnik at the tribune of SRT - Studio in Pale. On the journalist conclusion that the Belgrade's agreement was violated already few times, Krajisnik confirmed that, reminding that by occupying the television transmitters of SRT violated two items of agreement - attempts to overcome the confrontations and alternative broadcasting the programming.

SRPSKO SARAJEVO - The deputy minister of the Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers of B&H Dragan Bozanic assessed in Pale that the occupying the transmitters of SRT by members of SFOR represent obvious violating the Dayton Agreement and freedom of informing. Participating in the tribune of SRT - Studio Srpsko Sarajevo, in the framework of the action "Slobodno" (freely), Bozanic stressed that forcible occupying the transmitters represent "special censorship", which in this informational house didn't happen neither during the war nor after the war.

SARAJEVO - The correspondent office of SRNA from Hamburg sent the letter of support to the employees in SRT - Studio Srpsko Sarajevo, who stopped the work as a sign of protest because of occupying the TV transmitters and disabling the broadcasting the programming. "Just SRNA correspondents from the member states of NATO, were directly faced with the most impudent lies against the Serbian people in RS and reporting of the media which stirred up the war, notice all absurdness of the violent steps against your attempts of opposing the demonising our people and its legal representatives", is stressed in the letter.

BIJELJINA - The Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ of RS will insists on consistent realisation of its programme and the concept of solving the political crisis in Republic by which will be avoided the national divisions and disappearing of the state, it is concluded at the session of the widened composition of the Executive Board of the party, held in Bijeljina. "The conditions for holding the September's municipal elections were extraordinarily difficult and represented the result of arrogance of OSCE, lack of state wisdom of the top leaders of the ruling party and totalitarianism which is trying to realise the president of RS Biljana Plavsic", is stressed in the announcement from the meeting forwarded to SRNA.

SARAJEVO - The U.S. envoy for Balkans Robert Gelbard talked in Sarajevo with the presiding of the Presidency of B&H Alija Izetbegovic and co- presiding of the Council of Ministers Haris Silajdzic about the necessity of quick progress in privatisation and issues of media. "U.S.A. think that it is of the great importance that the media would be established as one of the key structures of democratic society. We, like others who work with the office of the High Representative wish to develop the democratic media, which is the corner stone for the further development of democratisation", stated Gelbard after the meeting.

ZAGREB - The Croatian Dario Kordic, indicted by Hague for war crimes against Moslems in the valley of Lasva river, in the central Bosnia, agreed to surrender voluntarily to the Hague's court, report the foreign agencies according to the statement of the Croatian minister of Defence Gojko Susak. So the number the Bosnian Croats who will voluntarily surrender to the Hague on Monday increased on 10, and as report DPA in the group is the policeman from Herceg-Bosna Pero Skopljak.

BELGRADE - The Republican Electoral Commission will not announce tonight the data about the voters turnout in the second round of the presidential elections in Serbia.

BELGRADE - The presidential candidate of Serbian Radical Party Vojislav Seselj stated that he hopes that he will win after the second round of the presidential elections in Serbia. Reminding that the functions of the president of Serbia and FRY are determined by the Constitution, Seselj said that he has no intention to prevent Slobodan Milosevic in conducting his job". as well as "that he do not believe that the president of FRY will interfere with his work". Talking about the stance of SRS towards B&H, Seselj accentuated that "Bosnia as the state do not exist - only exist RS and Federation B&H, as well as improvised creature called Union of B&H which nowhere in the world never existed, so it can't exist in Balkans".

BELGRADE - The presidential candidate of the left coalition - Socialistic Party of Serbia, Yugoslav left and New democracy - Zoran Lilic stated that "it is necessary that the elections would be finished today". At the question of the journalists what will be if in the second round the turnout is less than 51 % of voters, Lilic replied - "that what is written in the Constitution of Republic of Serbia, and that is new elections".

BELGRADE - In Serbia until 13,00 h voted 17,5 % of registered voters, what is for 5,5% lesser than in the same time of the first round of voting - stated in Belgrade Zoran Lucic from the Belgrade's Centre for free elections and democracy.

PODGORICA - At the presidential elections in Montenegro until 19 h came out 460,568 voters or 63,39% of total electorate which has 460,568 citizens - announced REC tonight. at the press conference, held at 20,00 h in Podgorica, REC confirmed that the best turnout of voters was in Kolasin, where voted 75% of the electorate or 5,961 out of 7,948 voters.

PORGORICA - The current president of Montenegro and the presidential candidate of the part of Democratic party of socialists has got, according the unofficial results, more than 60% of votes in Herceg-Novi and Berane. As SRNA learns, Bulatovic leads also in the second electorate - Niksic. In Mojkovac, where voted 5,130 out of 7,892 voters he won 57%, and in Pljevlja 60% of votes.

PODGORICA - The president of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ of Montenegro and its presidential candidate Novica Vojinovic stated that he expects that the people will elect "morally responsible president". After the voting at the polling station No. 12 in Podgorica, Vojinovic stressed that "it would be ultimately unfair if the new president of Montenegro do not respect the interest of the people, which expect in the next five years much better government and authorities than before".

LUXEMBOURG - The ministers of the Foreign Affairs of the member states of EC will consider tomorrow in Luxembourg the disputable issues concerning the acceptance of the Eastern European countries in this organisation. At the two days meeting will be discussed the ways and procedure for admission to EC, which would start at the beginning of the next year.

NEW YORK - The U.S. daily "New York Times" assesses that the Bosnia is the test for spreading NATO towards east and the laboratory in which will be shown the extent of the cooperation of alliance and Russia. The New York daily thinks that the success of the intervention of international community in Bosnia is of the vital importance for the entire process of NATO expansion.
