BANJALUKA - The President of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic talked in Banjaluka with the Europe centre for peace and development delegation led by the French Ambassador Paul-Marc Henri, about these organisation assistance in the RS reconstruction, health care and education. "We have privatisation projects and we want to speed up the development" - stated the president Plavsic and called the European centre for peace and development experts to assist in RS reconstruction, with theirs knowledge experience and authority. "France is very interested for the future of the RS" - emphasised his Excellency Paul-Marc Henri and added that he will use his influence in the international community for quicker recover of RS economy.

BRCKO - The RS Prime Minister Gojko Klickovic announced building of the 70 dwelling units in the hem zone of Brcko with the aim of the resolving the acute problem of the refugees and displaced persons accommodation. After visiting the Stari Rasadnik, Brod and Dizdarusa, PM also announced more extensive care of the RS Government for the standard of living of the 100 Serbian families which are already living in the border zone towards the Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation (FB&H). According to Klickovic, the solution for reopening of production in "Bimal", "Bimeks" and "Bosnaplod" enterprises was found and thanks to that about 400 workers will be employed in the next 15 or 20 days.

BANJALUKA - The RS army chief of staff major-general Pero Colic stated that RS army has offers to train officers in Federal Republic Yugoslavia (FRY), France, Germany and Britain adding that this would be detail considered and planned. General Colic at yesterdays meeting with the officers of the First Corps in Banjaluka said that RS army Headquarter works on purchasing of new lethal weapons and technical means which should arrive in RS soon.

SARAJEVO - In Lukavica the Council of Ministers of B&H considers the platform for discussion with Slovenian PM Janez Drnovsek and agreement with Slovenia about questions of education, economic cooperation and transport. Also at the session presiding by Haris Silajdzic, the new location of the Council of Ministers main office, the Commission for mine clearance report and the Law about foreign investments will be considered.

BIJELJINA - The Ministers of Internal Affairs board of RS assessed yesterday in Bijeljina that is despite of known events aimed against legal Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) the current security situation in RS favorable. Conclusions from the session are that "the MUP will consistently, like always, obey itself, to the Constitution and to RS laws. Also the MUP will with all legitimate means commit itself to establishing the unified Ministry, respecting of hierarchy and subordination."

DOBOJ - The spokesman of the multinational Division "North" Biorn Sorensen confirmed in Doboj that is on foundation of the mined Orthodox church in Doboj truly discovered sign "Hisbollah". At the press conference Sorensen said that at this Division region from November 3, 11 members of US peacekeepers died adding that 3 of them committed suicide.

VISEGRAD - The President of the Municipal Assembly of Visegrad Aleksandar Savic and the Executive Board President of the same municipality Slavisa Miskovic introduced last night deputy of the SFOR commander in chief French General Philip Mansui with the current political situation after municipal elections in this town. Savic confirmed that the constitutive assembly will take place at November 5 and added that at the preparatory meeting the representatives from Coalition for unified B&H, which at municipal elections scored 20 of 50 seats, did not arrived.

AMSTERDAM - The Dayton Agreement like a first step toward some future stable unification of Serbs, Croats and Muslims is the pure mirage - assessed the former US State Secretary Henry Kissinger in the political analysis which is published in Dutch newspaper the "Folkskrant". Kissinger emphasises that "is an absurd to risk lives of American soldiers for this ideal" and ascertains "that political aims of Washington, in this case, are not realistic because means of pressure are, at all three sides ineffective and sudden entering of US army in conflict will not gain support from the American public".

WASHINGTON - The US State Department stated yesterday that the FB&H had obligated itself to destroy 126 mortars and howitzers before October 31. On that way the FB&H will compensate delivery of 126 new American howitzers in the frame of the "Train and Equip" programme. "The FB&H had clearly announced its intention to entirely respects limit of 1000 artillery pieces which is established by OSCE in the framework of arms control in FB&H" - said James Rubin.

BELGRADE - In FRY for parliamentary elections in RS which will take place at November 22nd and 23rd, 72 pooling stations will be opened for RS citizens which currently residing in FRY.
