SRBAC - The RS President and the President of the Serbian National Union (SNS) Biljana Plavsic stated at the SNS advertising meeting in Srbac that she had made a mistake because she did not revealed criminal activities before and that is now the right time for RS people to elect real people for RS National Assembly. "Because of 18 000 dead which died for creating of RS and onethird of population which had left theirs homes, we must, first of all to, stabilise conditions in the state, remove those which stealing from theirs own people, stop emigration, root out hunger and disease and after all these things we will easily solute National question on best possible way" - said RS President Plavsic.

MODRICA - The Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) will with the people support continue with hard but honourable mission of creating the RS - it is the message of the SDS municipal board in Modrica. "Forthcoming elections are decisive battle, and every Serbian vote will contribute to preserving of RS and to creating of better life" - said the SDS candidate for RS National Assembly Dragan Grabovac.

BIJELJINA - The SDS handed out a firm assurance to Serbian Radical Party (SRS) that the crisis between them, which was initiated after establishing of the municipal authorities in Ljubinje and Lopare, will be solved in accordance with the agreement from Dvorovi. "We received these assurance from the SDS Main Board member Mr. Velibor Ostojic" - stated the President of the SRS (RS) Executive board Mirko Blagojevic at the press conference in Bijeljina.

SARAJEVO - The RS Government in period from 1992 - 1997, although in hard conditions, had succeeded to partially revive economic capacitates, electrical industry, factories, health care, education and others systems. Those are conclusions inferred from the Official Report about RS Government activities on reconstruction of the economy and social life and they are answers on RS President Biljana Plavsic charges that "Government in Pale does nothing". In spite of tremendous difficulties which RS Government had during her work in last five years entire political, economical and social situation in RS is satisfying.

ROGATICA - At the last night Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) tribune in Rogatica the member of the (SDS) Main Board Radomir Lukic called RS citizens to vote on forthcoming parliamentary elections for SDS because "SDS is guarantee for RS surviving". "We must show that we are decisive, stable and united. Only in that case we can expect assistance from International Community. Otherwise, they will not respect us and they will think that they can buy us for small money" - warned Lukic.

SARAJEVO - According to OSCE statement during the forthcoming parliamentary elections in RS on November 22 and 23 up to 1 100 pooling stations will be open in entire Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) - reports AFP. The voters which residing in foreign countries can vote at 150 pooling stations in the Federal Republic Yugoslavia and Croatia.

DOBOJ - The Officer for the Public Relations of the SFOR Nordic-Polnish brigade Syak Hohenen, at the press conference in Doboj did not revealed new details in connection with yesterdays action of disarming and disbanding of the RS Special Police Fifth Unit. He repeated that SFOR troops had entered in the Fifth Unit object and put it out of the function because "five members of this unit were members of the President in B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik personal security during well known events in Banjaluka on September 8 and 9".

BRCKO - One day before end of the action, the petition of the municipal board of Socialist party of RS in Brcko (OO SPRS), to Supervisor Robert Farand, for reconsidering of the rulings about establishing of multiethnic authority in this town was signed by more of 3 500 citizens.

SARAJEVO - The Presiding of the B&H Presidency Alija Izetbegovic had turned down Croatian propositions about establishing of the special relations between FB&H and Croatia and about forming of the council for cooperation. Izetbegovic prepared a message for Croatian President Franjo Tudjman with explanation that offers are rejected because "they are not in accordance with Dayton Agreement and with the integrity and sovereignty of B&H".
