NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKABANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic talked with the deputy commander of SFOR, British general Hue Pike about constituting new Parliament and Government of Republika Srpska /RS/, which is, according to her words, great interests and international community. "As all other representatives of international community, Mr. Pike was mostly interested for implementation of Dayton agreement in military and civil part, as well as the reconstruction of RS police" - stressed president Plavsic after meeting and added that she expects good cooperation of RS and SFOR.
SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik pointed out, in yesterday's talks with ministers of Foreign Affairs of Germany and France Klaus Kinkel and Hubert Vedrine, on the significance of balanced approach to allocation of international aid as well as the attempts of revision of Dayton Agreement. In the announcement from the Cabinet of the president Krajisnik forwarded to SRNA is stated that the ministers Kinkel and Vedrine stressed "the commitment of their countries for full implementation of Dayton Agreement". According to the allegations in announcement, in talks were exchanged opinions on previous results in implementation of Peace Agreement, as well as about activities in the next period including the matters for Bonn Conference, scheduled for December 9 and 10.
SARAJEVO - The German and French ministers of Foreign Affairs Klaus Kinkel and Hubert Vedrine warned last night in Sarajevo that international community will stop all aid for B&H if authorities of RS and Federation FB&H /FB&H/ would not implement the provisions of Dayton Agreement. At the reception organised for diplomatic corps in B&H and officials of RS and FB&H in the hotel "Holiday Inn" Kinkel called all responsible persons to participate in this process and cooperate with international community, in order to enable return of refugees and joint life in FB&H and establish the cooperation with Hague Tribunal.
VIENNA - In Vienna have to be finished counting and packing of ballots from abroad /in absentia/ of past parliamentary elections for National Assembly of RS, which, as planned, will be transported by special aeroplane to processing Centre in Serbian Sarajevo. According to supervisor from RS in Vienna Centre Gordan Milinic, "the envelopes with ballots will be taken over today in the afternoon, and unless some unpleasant surprise happen, great number of it is not expected.
SARAJEVO - The general impression of RS supervisor about the work of OSCE centre in Vienna is that whole electoral process and voting abroad /in absentia/ is at the border of legality - assessed Dragan Podinic, RS representative in Vienna Centre. In the statement for SRNA he explained that the great number of ballots has no accompaning documentation, which would prove that the voter cast his ballot in person.
SREBRENICA - Ignoring the LEC complaint which indicates on more than 3,000 Moslem votes at elections for Assembly of municipality Srebrenica confirms that international community allowed Moslems such frauds - stated the president of the Municipal Board of the Serbian Radical Party of Srebrenica Branka Maksimovic. After the meeting with the deputy chief of OSCE Mission for B&H Richard Elerkman, Mrs. Maksimovic warned that the recognition of local elections in Srebrenica represents imposing international will for the sake of establishing Moslem objectives.
SARAJEVO - The Executive Board /GO/ of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ authorised the Presidency of this party to start the negotiations with Serbian Radical Party and Socialistic Party of RS on establishing the parliamentary majority in the future republican Parliament and forming the RS Government. At the session of GO SDS, held yesterday in Pale, was concluded that "all municipal boards immediately should conduct the analysis of the preliminary electoral results for National Assembly of RS and factors which influenced on them and forward the written information to the presidency of the party.
SARAJEVO - The Finance minister of Republika Srpska /RS/ Drago Simic assessed today in Pale as unfounded the data of the Staff of seceded MUP /Ministry of Internal Affairs/ from Banja Luka about alleged unrestricted expenditure of budget resources of Republika Srpska, and the demands for interruption of all financial payments towards the Payment operations department in Sokolac as the call for break down of the state. About the financial operations, functioning of payment, monetary of fiscal system of Republic, can not discuss or start any initiative for their interruption any state or para-state organ, except the Finance Ministry, which, on the basis of Constitution and laws of RS, is only and exclusively authorised for this region" - explained Simic.
SARAJEVO - On the basis of so far conducted talks with numerous survived detainees and former members of the labour units and other witnesses from Hrasnica and Sokolovic Kolonija, and on the basis of other information and collected evidence it was determined that in performing of said war crimes immediately or as accessories participated: Senad Gadzo, Fikret Prevljak, Husein Mujanovic, Amir Sabovic, Pero Sutalo - Ustasha, Suljo Hebib, Mirsad Sarajkic - Kuba, Mirsad Basalic - Cinco... HAMBURG - "Muslim solders have killed and buried in collective graves at least 3,000 Serbs in the former B&H in the first months of the war - reports correspondent of the "Frankfurt Rundschau" from Sarajevo Karsten Hoffman. "Crimes made against Serbs were known by the Muslim top authorities in Sarajevo" - writes Hoffman and with few years of delay he concludes that statements of Serbian refugees, who had to save their lives by escaping, are appearing now in a new light.

PRISTINA - The illegal para-military Albanian organisation, so called Liberation Army of Kosovo claims that they are responsible for all incidents between Serbian police and Albanians, in which four persons was killed and six wounded - reports AFP according to the announcement of this organisation. This organisation also stated that it is responsible for fall down of aeroplane "Cesna", when five people was killed, and that they performed many assassinations, between which the attack on the police station.
BRCKO - The SFOR spokesman for the region North colonel lieutenant James Cronin stated at the press conference of the international organisations in Brcko that the status of IPTF, Office of the High Representative and other organisations in this city is "critical". "We shall do everything that Ambassador Robert Farrand and IPTF require from us regarding the events in Brcko" - stated Cronin and added that this city "was always the most critical place in whole B&H, because of what it was submitted to the supervision".
BELGRADE - Although at the beginning of this week press announced that the special American envoy for Balkans Robert Gelbard, in the framework of his Balkans tour, on Monday December 8 will arrive to Belgrade, that visit will occur, nevertheless - was confirmed for SRNA in the Informational service of the U.S.A. embassy in Belgrade. The officials of the embassy could not say when Mr. Gelbard could arrive in the capital of FR Yugoslavia for talks with FRY officials.
SARAJEVO - The head of the General Staff of Army of B&H general Rasim Delic stated last night for SRNA that including RS Army /VRS/ into the programme "Equip and train" would be of the great significance for implementation of the Dayton Agreement. "Of course, that is the matter of the structures of the authorities of RS and VRS, but it is certain that it would be significant matter to include VRS into the programme according to the same standards and principles as with Federal Army" - said Delic. While answering at the question whether the entering Serbian Army into this programme will mean the establishing joint command of VRS and B&H Army, he emphasised that "it is too early to talk about that, but it would be thought about approaching the military structures in the region of B&H".
SARAJEVO - The deputy minister of the Foreign Affairs of Herzegovina- Neretva canton Sefkija Dziho accused Croatia representatives for obstruction and stoppage of the process of establishing joint Cantonal police - reports Moslem radio in Sarajevo. According to his words, last days was intensified abstaining of Croats, i.e. their absence from job in police stations which are not under Croatian control.
