[04] Cyprus - Measures - Foot and mouth disease

The minister said no case of foot and mouth disease has been reported in the areas of Cyprus occupied by Turkey since 1974 and the import of animals from Turkey in thus part of the country has been banned, according to information given to the authorities by the UN Office for special projects (UNOPS).
