Turkish Cypriot Movement supports a federal state in Cyprus

London, Jul 6 (CNA) - Turkish Cypriots living in Cyprus occupied areas
are outnumbered by the Turkish settlers and are facing extinction,
Turkish Cypriot politician, member of the Turkish Cypriot Patriotic
Unity Movement (YBH) Ozker Ozgur said speaking here yesterday at a
gathering of Greek and Turkish Cypriots.
Ozgur said that the Turkish Cypriots are desperate and send an SOS
message to all who are ready to listen to them. Both Ozgur and YBH
General Secretary Izzet Izcan stressed that the way out of this
situation was the accession of a united Cyprus to the European Union.
