Speaking upon departure at Larnaca airport, Theodorou announced that later on he will travel to Latvia in order to sign a bilateral agreement with the government of the country to fight terrorism and organised crime. ''The ruling was expected, as the Court operates on the basis of the European Convention on Human Rights.
