[05] Cyprus introduces amendments on entry of third country nationalsChanges introduced by an EU Regulation in passport control concern exclusively third country nationals, not EU nationals or Cypriot citizens, an official announcement clarifies.The most important amendments of the Regulation provide that third country nationals entering an EU member state must be in possession of a valid travel document, which must be valid for at least three months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the member state. The valid travel document must have been issued within the previous 10 years from the date of entry to the member state.
