[01] Cyprus New Ambassador to Ukraine
The Cyprus Ambassador in Russia Mr Charalambos Ioannides presented his
credentials last Tuesday to Ukraine President Leonid Kuchma, as the
country's new Ambassador to the Ukraine.
Presenting his credentials, Mr Ioannides who is based in Moscow, expressed
the Cyprus government's appreciation and thanks for Ukraine's support to
efforts for a settlement in Cyprus as well its wish to promote the friendly
relations and cooperation between the two countries.
