[01] Dini seeks early end to cow rowROME - Italy, the European Union's current president, said in a statement on Sunday it was seeking an early end to the row over mad cow disease in Britain which has dominated its six-month presidency term.[02] Britain disrupts EU businessBRUSSELS - Britain's campaign to disrupt European Union business moved from internal to foreign affairs on Monday as London refused to sign off on routine diplomatic statements issued by the bloc.
