Papandreou cited the presence of former Synaspismos leftist party leader Nikos Constantopoulos, who attended a round-table discussion on the issue leftist parties' future. PASOK's leader said the need for cooperation is necessary, and even if some political forces are against it, the Greek people will demand it.
