[01] Sporades isles host 'Mamma Mia'

June 2008. The film by British director Phyllida Lloyd was shot on
Greece's Sporades islands of Skiathos and Skopelos, west-central
Aegean, and will have its world premiere in London on 1 July, 2008. The
musical, which weaves a storyline revolving around the songs of the
Swedish pop supergroup ABBA, and set on an unnamed Greek isle, will
debut in Greece on Thursday. The astonishingly theatrical version
'Mamma Mia' enjoyed a robust three-weeklong run in the Greek capital
