Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis, the current chair of the Athens' year-long OSCE presidency, on Tuesday expressed her condolences to her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov over the deadly terrorist attack in Ingushetia on Monday, which resulted to the death of 20 people and the injury of several dozen other individuals.
