Visitors walk past a marble votive statue of a girl holding a hare (circa 320 BC) at the re-opened Archaeological Museum of Vravrona (Brauon), 50 km east of Athens, Greece, 14 December 2009. The renovated museum re-opened in August 2009 at the archeological site, well-known during Classical Antiquity as the place of worship for Vravronia (Brauon) Artemis, the mythical goddess of nature and fertility.ANA-MPA/ORESTIS PANAGIOTOU

    [02] Finance Minister in Berlin

Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou will hold closely watched talks in Britain, France and Germany this week with those countries' economy and finance ministers, while also meeting with representatives of institutional investors, part of Athens' recently stepped up efforts to outline its positions on slashing the double-digit Greek budget deficit and a ballooning public debt.

Papaconstantinou will meet on Tuesday in Berlin with German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble before departing for Paris to meet with his French counterpart Christine Lagarde.

On Wednesday, the top Greek minister will be in London, where he will have a series of meetings with institutional investors and the press. Finally, on Thursday morning he is scheduled to have talks with Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling. He will return to Germany again, this time to Frankfurt, for another series of meetings with institutional investors.
