[01] ND leader calls for citizens' support
AMNA--New Democracy (ND) party leader Antonis Samaras addressed a rally
in an indoor stadium in the city of Sparti, southern Peloponnese, on
Thursday evening, calling on the citizens and young people in particular
to believe in Greece, saying that "each of us can work miracles, come
for us to prove that Greece will succeed."
The ND leader said that correlations and balances are changing in Europe
and voices for growth are multiplying, adding that "we must make a
social contract with the Greek people that the time has come for us to
give the right of hope and growth."amna
Samaras further said "we can turn a page to go to Greece of growth and
dignity" and stressed that "we shall make a leap in growth because it
is this that the young people are calling for."
