[01] Tsipras: Target is to form Left governmentAMNA--The goal of the Coalition of the Radical Left (SYRIZA parliamentary alliance) is to receive an exploratory mandate and to subsequently form a Left government, SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras said in an interview with AMNA.He expressed certainty that an upset in Sunday's general election in Greece will oblige the leaderships of both the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) and the Democratic Left (DIMAR) parties to revise their stance, so that a Left government may be formed.amna Tsipras said his party's goal is to receive the exploratory mandate and form a Left government so as to avert a PASOK-New Democracy (ND) coalition government, adding that, on Sunday, "the Memorandum must be totally defeated", otherwise "these elections will be as if they never took place" since new austerity measures will begin to be implemented as of Monday.
