The first exit poll shown on state-run (NET) television gives New
Democracy between 17 to 20 percent; 15.5 to 18.5 percent for leftist
SYRIZA; 14 percent to 17 for PASOK, the previous ruling party; 10
percent to 12 percent for the new Independent Greeks party; 7.5 to 9.5
percent for the Communist Party (KKE); 6 to 8 percent for Golden Dawn /
Chryssi Avgi and 4.5 to 6.5 for the new Democratic Left party. amna
