[01] Four police injured, 50 migrants arrested during riot at detention centreAMNA / Four police officers were injured and 50 migrants were arrested on Friday during clashes with rioting illegal migrants detained at the police academy barracks in the northeast city of Komotini.The violence started at around 1:30 p.m. when the illegal migrants housed in the academy began rioting in protest against the conditions in which they are being held, causing extensive damage to the dormitories and setting fire to mattresses. Afterwards, using bars of metal that they pulled off the beds, doors and windows, before clashing with the police, who made use of tear gas to quell the uprising.
