[01] Minor earthquakes in Florina, PatrasAMNA--Two minor earthquakes were recorded in the southwest area of Patras and the northern city of Florina early on Friday morning, without any damages reported.The first earthquake measured 3.8 on the Richter scale and occurred at 1.20 a.m., the Athens Observatory's Geodynamic Institute said, and was followed by a series of aftershocks. The bond loan will be covered by Credit Agricole SA through a private placement. The convertible bond issue is part of a strategic agreement between Alpha Bank and Credit Agricole to buy the French group's subsidiary in Greece, Emporiki Bank.[04] Contract signed for extension of 'Macedonia' airport runwayAMNA--The contract has been signed for the project concerning the upgrading of the endurance of the land section of runway 10-28 of the Thessaloniki state airport "Macedonia" that is expected to be completed in 20 months at the latest.The constructor will be ETETH S.A. with a financial offer of 25,188,400 euros and its funding is taking place by the Operational Programme "Strengthening Access".amna Commenting on the development, Alternate Development Minister St. Kaloyiannis said "the airport of Thessaloniki is of major importance for the functioning and development not only of the city of Thessaloniki but of all of Macedonia as well".
